Also as ive said before if all parties had walked away from farmout they would have to update the market that they are going it alone. The operational update, agm update all delayed at present. Imo they are bashing out final terms of negotiations and the deal to be done within 2 weeks.

Its a bit of a different deal for them though tbh because theyve given away 51% and have to still retain operatorship which is a bit of a poor deal. Also buck has said they will not give more than 50% in his last interview. We are also producing oil and the war has helped his negotiation power. So I reckon we will get a bigger deal than what they managed to do.

The longer the wait the bigger the deal imo. If parties had walked away they would have to announce to the market what their plans are for the new drilling season imo. Who knows if the farm out discussion is turning more into a sell out of the block discussion. Imagine the share price opening on a $200m block sell news.

Farmout is the best and quickest way for us all to make money here. Im sure everyone here would like to enjoy spending the money rather than this coming good when were not in a situation to enjoy the gains or its too late for some of us with life expenses such as buying a house or retiring early etc. I would be more than happy to give away 30% profits if it meant the sp hit double figures within 6-12 months.

Manx why is the AGM important in relation to the farmout announcement? Does it have to go through any approvals before they can sign on the dotted line?
