Sure but previous RNS stated that mostly buy backs were to preserve capital position to take into account employee awards. If you look back you will find it but maybe that's changed......but this policy could be compatible with the RNS you quote. Purchase from employees says it all but if they purchase on open market then that would suggest a change in policy to that previously annunciated.
Co has previsouly stated buy backs are for employees.
Looks good but why did directors off load in March?
I was very impressed with the presentation and the results. A good long term buy and hold IMHO.
Watch him list on Nasdaq but agree holding on too risky once delisted.
Looks like directors buying here previously and at much higher price ....must be close to bottom.........bouncing .........
Director dealings suggest not.
Why directors selling?
Only the directors know. But share issues like countries printing bank notes. Too much and value collapses. Presumably they take this on board. Generally though the management classs in general has become greedy over the last few decades to the detriment of owners. (Shareholders)
But looks like they have been buying??
Candle going out?
Generally small cap miners not participating. 24th March not long to wait for some info. The dumps still contain the metal so long term this should come good. Possible short term bounce too as oversold imho.
But arguably the fundamentals here are a lot better.
Probably all discounted in the low valuation here. But yesterday's Ft has a good page summary telling all about organised crime stealing from state electricity supplier Escom and extortion against others. Could improve if corrective action promised by president happens.
At least they buying shares back at a good price
At least they buying back shares at a good price.
Didnt expect this to be tipped in IC by private investor.
Libero Copper shares have performed poorly over last few years........but I guess it could turn up one day although seem to be perpetual fund raises which we always subscribe for more........
May be Simply walls street repetitive view that iits overvalued lol.
My take away from presentation is problems in the past. Expansion of production going forward. Company well capitalised. Technological break throughs make this a leader in mineral extraction from waste. Poor expression perhaps in RNS but Co has mining engineering expertise and not literary.
