Extract from RNS re vesting of options for directors. Context they sell in high 20's and get semi free shares for what effort with base price of 17p:

Bottom in? Seems to be bouncing on reasonable volume.

Could just be profit taking before upward surge continues. Many Uk investment trust and companies trade at discounts to world. Look at offer for Curry this morning. Blame rather lies with the far right government and their damaging policies not least Brexit.

Sometimes best to cut a loss early if story changes - but surely not at these levels.

Sometimes pays to average down if bounce expected and then if story still negative bail.

Sorry to hear. They are in growth markets so if they are to be believed the problems should be temporary. You could average down on a sign of bounce. The drop today looks overdone.

Good opportunity here? Perhaps will bounce from 880 previous low but looks like good value even here.

Perhaps the gap will close when the deal completes? I.e combined entity will trade down?

Brief dip and rebound below 10 could presage rebound. Maybe early to call but it's possible.

I decided to buy in today. My purchase at 14.68 is marked as a sale. Could this have hit bottom now? Recent RNS was positive and may have flushed out last of the bears? Big rally on NASDAQ and US markets today.

I only stumbled across this yesterday researching all UK chip stocks which are all languishing. In US qualcom is up from 100 recently to close on 130 now. Perhaps will rub off on UK chips? CML micro circuuits, and EnSilica also looking positive now, IMHO.

According to IC /FT insiders already have more than 60% of shares so much skin in the game.

According to CNBC chip market recovering. Share price seems to be one times revenue. Presentation from Aug suggests much for future profit so perhaps more patience required here?
