Naaaa doubt it. They haven't even started a design approval process with the regulator and wouldn't have approval to install on a site. That on its own wkll take years to approve. This is nuclear, no approval will be that quick.

I believe RR will secure the majority of the SMR funding but the government has to go through an assessment and tendering phase as a formality like any other project.

My worries since the war kicked off due to having a good size investment here is titanium shortage. I feel it will be a trading war to secure this precious metal for the airline industry. China, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan are 4 of the top 6 producers. I still belive the share price of rolls royce was heavily affected at the beginning of the war due to this.
