Stefan Bernstein explains how the EU/Greenland critical raw materials partnership benefits GreenRoc. Watch the full video here.
It would explain much of the lack of transparency, if the govt have fingers in the pie. However it is just this uncertainty that is killing us as potential investors could argue they do not actually know exactly what they are investing in re BE and how the spoils will be divided across the many part ownerships, so again we are just seen as a miner. I think it will take hard numbers on the balance sheet for us to get to true value, it will come but more time needed.
Hopefully the V price keeps going and we pick up this week.

Bearish, plenty of non profit making businesses with big market valuations as there is excitement and or expectation. Why not BMN...because the market does not get it and II's keep selling?
I still have hope something will be revealed before the crux interview, otherwise why do it? So perhaps hold off a bit but up to you of course good luck.
Hypothetical, not aimed at anyone Pdub, please reverse your offence. I don't believe BB messages change anything otherwise all the hype on here for the last two years would have arrested the fall...we have all seen what happens if a ramp crew gets going however so I stand by my comments.
If you go back far enough I was all roses and joy but like many many investors am now sick of being in the red with ever extending leadtime until hoped for recovery. The market speaks as to how Bushveld is viewed and valued and that is made up of far more than the 100 or so people on this board. We cannot change anything, only the BOD can. I BELIEVE BE is misunderstood by the market and we are punished for this. I may be wrong of course.
Fyi I still have all my shares and have not sold, I do not trade and just want to see fair value that's not always 3 years away.
The market does not get the BE story as little value has been shown.
Previous profitability has been burned on massive expansion to in theory feed the BE story, which has not been explained yet so many market participants see this as a big issue.
The market sees a miner that has loads of debt now and increasing costs.
The company needs to generate some excitement, make the story clear, show how BE will make money selling Vanadium at fixed prices to suit the VRFB market (no one has explained what happens if V prices go higher and we effectively subsidize battery makers instead of profiting from the raw material sale to a higher priced steel market, I assume leasing but again nothing clear yet?)
Once this story is clear enough for everyone to understand and money stops moving around in the background, selling stops, company structure and ownership are clear etc and the market can understand the value proposition we will find a true value, until then we are in limbo and at the mercy of AIM.
Only the BOD can fix this and no rampy chat by LTH will help unless some pump crews latch on for a bit.
There are so many unanswered questions 're Bushveld energy it is in my opinion a millstone around the neck and will be until all is made clear.
I am hoping we have something next week as there must be a reason for a Crux interview other than rehashing the same repeated interview from the last three years talking about vague potential. I want meat on the bones around BE, what it will do and how it will make money...with a timeframe. Time for the BOD to support shareholders and stop the opacity without apparent result. Am I the only one getting uncomfortable with the big shareholder movements, do they know more than we do and sooner, if so who reaps the rewards and who suffers?

As am I Sanchez but it is still a fact the market is not and has not been keen for what ever reason. This will probably change in a heartbeat some point, we have all tried to guess the ignition spark but thus far nothing has made the market look forward in any meaningful manner.
No point in arguing, all the ra ra positivity and spin on the bb over the last 2 years has done nothing to 'support' the sp so why argue about who is saying the right things?
The fact is the market does not get it, or particularly like BMN and the only ones who can do anything about this is the management.
Sanchez is hardly a negative poster, in fact he has chastised me about my views in the past as I hit where he is now some time ago, but he is entitled to be unhappy with the situation and how the story is presented, as I am and many others.
It will come good but the company won't play the AIM game so PIs have to hold and hold and hold and hope for future rewards.
Hopefully we have something juicy BE related on Monday and today is just getting q1 out of the way.

're iron ore, I personally think the battery concept is a dream that is being followed and the aim trumps all other factors. Nothing matters but grid storage for SA and all endeavours are targeting this, as such the SP, loans debt, investor contentment etc do not matter as long as the project is progressing as they see it. It is very noble and will come good in the end but it sort of makes sense of the situation when you think of it in that way. We just have to hang on and hope.
No need to remove anyone from the BOD. The mining side of the business is doing fine and will develop nicely. Although I think the growth has cost us more than perhaps it needed to due to the share price being neglected.
I would dearly like to know what BE/Mikhail are doing however.
That is all I and many others have ever asked for Sanchez.
The story is very complicated, the market does not get it, the BOD has not done anything meaningful about it. There can only be three reasons:
They do not understand the problem
They are unable to address it
They do not care.
Or my personal view that is it a bit of all three combined with too much promise so long ago.
If the SP had been nurtured there would be less dilution and CLN overhang to drag us down so harshly. It is getting hard not tin that there is in reality very little happening with BE and batteries, happy to be very wrong on this but where is the evidence to the contrary?
Great for the industry but depressing they 'seem ahead of Bushveld now. The simplicity of talking about being a battery supplier has gone down well with investors unlike our convoluted protracted message. Nice to see a view on when they expect to start supply as well.

Rebar up
The electrolyte plant timing has always felt odd to me, I still don't get why it was so delayed and still does not seem tie up with the tenders we are all hoping for? Time will tell no doubt and I have given up trying to work it out, they will tell us when they tell us but I still say BE is a drag on the SP presently.
Great the strike is resolved hopefully a nice big blue gap up tomorrow.
