Yooma’s Q4 update soon, we need confirmation that they hit there 5mill target as there SP is getting hammered , and Seeds investment is worth no more than 215k now down another 36% last night.

It’s all adding up, plus OpenBet said they were doing around 5 deals still a couple to do and they said hoping they were completed by end of Q2.

That was a lot to take in first thing in the morning needed a cuppa 1st lol, agree we will never be one of these companies that everyone is looking at to get rich overnight but things can change whether they change here i don't know.
This 20% investor Seed are looking for is not the shareholders idea its Ed's and my worry is for a man who says I've worked in the city for many years and up to now cant sell his dream to any of them, not only that no one from the board has bought at this low price including himself, why not ? , as for an institutional buying in there's no chance they wont even look at a 10mill company, i think about 12/18 months ago we might of had someone on this board interested in buying 10/20% but for some reason moved on and invested well over 2mill in another company.
I think our latest investments in the wellness/cannabis sector will bear fruit when back in favour but for Seed to move forward we need the Leap saga done one way or another, its just took too long plus i hate these new regulations there talking about in the gaming industry being possibly implemented in the near future, these are going to hurt in a big way, so get rid of Leap ASAP and Seed move on with no more talk of gaming on here.

That's how i see it PF, and OpenBet will be worldwide so you would think they could facilitate all the other customers Leap have signed up, as i couldn't really see IMG bothered to run the whole show, Q2 could still be interesting, i still like Playtech but the EDR group still have the upper hand

You mean another Moon scenario, There will defo be an IPO/Sale id say, surely Seed cant keep hold of such a big %age, they will need cash soon, don't think another placing would go down to well, plus surely its time for Ed to have this 20% investor in place, its now or never Ed ?

I think Leap could well be owned by the EDR group which obviously includes IMG but think it could come under the flag of OpenBet who operate worldwide and soon to be part of the same group soon, and maybe could also service all others that have signed up for Leap Gamings content.

Do you think this is a ticking the boxes exercise for the necessary paperwork for an IPO or for going it alone ?

To be honest Mat and don't take this the wrong way but I've just about give up with this one, I've done well to get most of my cash out at a small profit and what I've got left in is now a gamble well a bigger gamble than normal but one I'm happy to sit on a while longer, GLA.

Your right there PF, this clearing the land in Indonesia causes big problems in Asia especially Malaysia , its a total nightmare its a thick haze of smoke can last up to 4 to 6 weeks causing big health problems, getting back to the food according to our own Jim Mellon the Dairy industry will be finished in about 10 years, some good stuff on the ANIC board.
