I can see where your coming Longlad its just another Factom , but hoping they get there money back at least on Leap, for the record i don't trust Ed at all after 20 months working with Leap to facilitate a possible IPO, i wonder did Leap ever submit any paperwork , i think not, plus his contempt of shareholders a while ago when results were published he never told shareholders Seed had sold down PRTG, i kicked up feek and a day or so after he had to do a podcast saying he had and why, i just think he's not to be trusted and maybe should move on and concentrate on what he really wants to do.

Agree cant see a liquidation playing any part in Seed what's so ever, lets see what they do get for Leap and then wait and see how the money is reinvested, cant see them distributing the money to shareholders but wouldn't be against it.

Mat, ive really only said red flags for Leap and from day one yooma was a no no for me as you well know, you also know i like LGP and PRTG so get your facts right.
I've also said I've sold down over the last two years but have trade it, i had well over a million shares in this but i now only have 200k at an average just over 6p, that 200k i will be losing on for sure, i can handle that for now and can give it time if Seed stays around, GL

For me mark they’ve just missed the boat, perfect time to sell or scale down was during covid, not being able to follow how Leap was doing was a big mistake surely if your business is doing well and you can prove it well he should of been getting on his soap box, but nothing, so with the missed opportunity and the state of the world online gaming is going to hit hard times as well , people will have little cash left for this kind of gambling and if they can have a bet it will be on live sport, plus never mind all this legislation which will also hurt the gaming industry and it will be worldwide, as for Ed and his team if they couldn’t see any of the dangers coming up what else are they missing.

Now he needs to resign DP, I would agree on that, so you’ve sort of changed your tune as you named me as one of the de-rampers , I always give two sides to a story and the Leap story just got worse the longer we held it but only 2 or 3 of us could see it, anyway water under the bridge and all that let’s see how it plays out in the near future and beyond, GL

might be interesting but think he will only answer the ones he wants to, might answer a few on Leap, it looks like Leap will be sold soon, just hope they get there money back, Leap was one of the reasons i scaled back my holding in Seed, least i got that right.

As a few of said being lined up for a quick sale, so might get a RNS very soon.

Well look on the bright side all the news is out, our Ed has no reason not to invest in Seed now, so fill your boots Ed or do you still have no confidence in what your doing ?

Morning Longlad, your post is spot on if he was a football manager he would of got the bullet by now, ive always said why is the city not buying this story, maybe its because of past history with the company or maybe certain members of the board they have no credit for, i remember the Doc tried to speak to him and telling him you need to change your strategy on PR, but Ed knows best, on the bright side if they can get 5mill or a little more it will keep the lights on for Seed so they have another chance lol, Seed never learned anything from Factom, we had to much tied up in Leap, for me a deal for Leap should of been done during covid times but all to late now, looks like sell or hold for anther year or two, GLA

I've been posting red flags for months on Leap, but no one seemed interested, most said i was scaremongering, all's not lost but might have to wait a while now for some kind of return, not to worry worst things happen at sea, GLA

Well at least Ed can now concentrate on Seed now as an IPO for Leap is off the table , its a shame really as it sounds like he's worked his socks off over the last 21 months trying to take this to market :-), at least he can now concentrate on what he really wants to now CFG.
