think most or all of Jim's shares are held in Galloway Limited, don't think it was that long ago Jim Mellon sold some shares in Seed, many think it was in retaliation for selling some PRTG, but that's another story and in the past.

i don't think its been overlooked as I've said many times on here why would EDR buy the lot, they don't need it or want it, if it gets split lets do it, lets get the deal done with the likes of a EDR then see what's left, something has to be done soon so Seed can move on.

I sold a bunch at just under 30 dollars , but must admit I’m waiting to get back in, the spreads to big at the moment and hoping the shorts get closed out soon as well.
