Some big Buys going through today, seems like the sellers have been exhausted and we might be seeing a reversal. Makes sense with the 10p warrants expiring that the price would touch down towards that with people selling shares before exercising warrants at a lower price. Results (with revenue growth) and patent/acquisition news will be the next things coming so a reversal now is quite likely in the build up to the 23rd of Feb. Someone has definitely started buying already, might as well join them.
Also If I remember correctly the average warrant price in play now is around 14p.
Probably applies in some cases I've not looked at but Kanabo currently has about 6 Million in cash which gives it about 8 years of cash runway with its current operating costs as per https://uk.style.yahoo.com/companies-kanabo-group-lon-knb-053711690.html .
What are people's opinions on other UK Cannabis stocks like cellular goods and Kanabo. Is anyone here also invested in those? Kanabo seems to have much more things coming up in the future in terms of news with the materia acquisition, medocann partnership, efficacy trials and patent approvals. Also first results of their CBD and medical cannabis lines will be coming out in April and the products seem to be selling/being prescribed pretty well with good reviews.
The acquisition conditions seem pretty favourable to Kanabo, what do people think? The performance milestones that are set out in the term sheet having such high near term revenues makes for a pretty good outlook. Considering the initial and earn out purchase values are £12 million and £24 million respectively. Seems like a very favourable initial purchase price for the opportunity to become Europe's biggest Cannabis company:
· Sales of CANS$30million (c. £17.73million*) for the 12-month period to December 31, 2022;
· Sales of CAN$50miliion (c. £29.55million*) for the 12-month period to December 31, 2023;
Kanabo twitter account confirms 2 Months of stock was sold out in just 2 weeks.

With the CBD line having sold out over the Christmas holidays and already back in stock and the Noidecs T340 (Kanabo) Vape Cartridge already being in the hands of UK patients and getting very positive reviews (even at its current premium pricing) I think its safe to say we can definitely expect a solid revenue improvement. With the amount of cash on hand financials will probably look quite strong. Hopefully the acquisition of Materia goes smoothly as well and I would thing we see major green in April if not before then.
Kanabo Products back in stock now on the Handpicked CBD website after having been sold out completely in the Christmas and Boxing day sales. Bodes well for Kanabo's revenue growth in the next earnings report.
Nice article to put things into perspective, KNB currently has 8 years Cash Runway.

Do people have a ballpark of the DBX deliveries that they expect will be included in this earnings report.
What are peoples opinions of FGP vs SGC since pre crash prices were both around 130p and now FGP is sitting 10p lower than SGC does it make it a better buy right now? Should people holding a mixture of the two in a bet on the travel sector? If not what makes you favour one to the other?
