If the assets are zero - wouldn't the liabilities also be very close to zero - due to decommissioning provision and warrant liability also would be close to zero (couldn't these then be reversed?)
Then the equtiy would be close to zero. The same goes for Lansdowne.
So a capital raise could make the equity positive - and maybe a merger with Lansdowne to go for the arbitration.
Think 3 months to appeal
Strange that the Investment cover is not meet as 100% of the appraisal well costs are covered by vevan and Co.
From Malcy's blog regarding EOG and their application regarding Inishkea gas prospect:
The news is undoubtedly good today even though the Irish Government’s energy policy over recent years has been noticeably lacking in any knowledge of basic supply and demand energy economics seemingly thinking that power generation comes from a magic green pot of money. One other notable player in the Irish energy market has been able to drag this horse to water, hopefully it will realise the error of its ways.
Any view WHEN the LU is given??
Yes, Swizz keep up the good work. Imagine that is why Menton now is in the press with a guidance of the 90 days.
The 80m is the initial production.
When the grant is giving the share price will go up big time - so my a raise of 1:1
don't want to pay for that crap.
3 findings in the article:
1. Alan Linn has in a interview with ZAK said that when Alan joined PVR already was in a farmout process with SpotOn. So it is Pat who started the interaction. So he had to go.
2. Linn vs. Boldy. Lansdowne is a partner so Boldy covers the geo-area.
3. worth 75 times - it is simpel math - it is 7,5.
Larry Goodman buying? - as in PVR
Article in the currency about the increased stake - anyone with access?
It is Larry Goodman again:)
Shareholder in Vevan is PARLESSE INVESTMENTS SARL - Larry owned
It is Spoton- exactly the same number of shares.
RNS 28 May 2020:
Following this second tranche of the investment by SpotOn Energy it will become a substantial shareholder
in Providence Resources owning 26,116,208 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.1% of the enlarged issued
share capital of the Company.
PVR got the 80% - the consortium members can get a stake (risk/reward) of this. The about 17% which Spoton apparently should have can then be "divided" between PVR, consortium and bond holders.
Small money compared to get back the 80% ownership
Anyone with access? Share?
Think the different is capex vs opex
must be a clear takeover target if funding is done. Incredible cheap at these levels.
