My bet is after the warrants are resolved, in whatever manner, the whole communication strategy changes tone and frequency..

When your NOMAD and BROKER have been bought of with a POTENTIAL 10,000,000 warrants each if a critical vote is passed !!! . How can you expect good honest RNS . The NOMAD should be impartial to defend all and vet all RNS...nothing impartial about a 10,000,000 warrant bribe . They only get them if things go how the BOD want them to , if that is not a bribe then what is !?! 10,000,000 warrants to each of Peterhouse and SP Angel (the "Broker Warrants") on the same terms as the Warrants and subject to approval at the GM that is the evidence !. Why would they protect the investor and miss out ?

Details of the Placing

A total of 400,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p nominal value each ("Placing Shares") have been placed with investors at 1.25p per share ("Placing Price"). The Company has entered into two separate placing agreements dated 18 December 2020 (the "Placing Agreements") with Peterhoouse and SP Angel, pursuant to which they, as agents for the Company, have procured placees for the Placing Shares at the Placing Price.

The obligations of Peterhouse and SP Angel under the Placing Agreement are conditional, inter alia, upon admission of the Placing Shares having occurred by 8.00 a.m. on 23 December 2020 (or such later time and/or date as may be agreed, being no later than 8.00 a.m. on 13 January 2021), and there being no material breach of the warranties given to them prior to admission of the Placing Shares.

Peterhouse or SP Angel may terminate the Placing Agreement in specified circumstances (including for breach of warranty at any time prior to admission of the Placing Shares, if such breach is reasonably considered by Peterhouse or SP Angel to be material in the context of the Placing) and in the event of a force majeure event occurring at any time prior to admission of the Placing Shares.

You don’t know from me Adam so your comment is truly childish and shows your character..

Furthermore, this RNS just shows to me the SP is being kept down, supporting my original thoughts. No reason to post negativity within the RNS wording, between the lines it’s actually positive but it reads poor so is either badly written or has been done for a reason..

I personally believe, there will not be any RNS anytime soon, till after the warrant issue is resolved.
They are in a predicament already with the warrants based on SP when it was issued compared to current SP, and everyone needs to vote against it.

Hi,

I read this thread with real interest as a relatively novice to this game. Amongst others of course..
Am heavily invested, in my eyes of course :), to RMS, as can see the potential as a machinery manufacturer- director myself...

But honestly, in my short time (1 year) i cant stand the *****ing, BS claims "It's going to do this or that" without any real facts or backup, ramping and de-ramping posts. Trying to sift through the BS is so difficult and it'd be nice to visit a board just for facts, insight and to exchange tips and ideas with one another...
as a novice I'm probably less aware to the typical posters so i wonder if someone would be good enough to send me a list of the known paid bloggers, or just idiots, and their intentions so i can filter out.. ?

It'd make my reading so less stressful and clear..... :)
