Thanks for the reminder, Napthman1: Elizabeth Hill closed in 2000 when the price of silver was only $5 an ounce; when Bill Brodie Good did that interview in December 2019, silver had risen to $17 dollars an ounce making the mine worth opening; today it's $26 an ounce, a full 50% up on a year ago! Nice one Bill.

I've found it frightening not knowing whether the share price will hold at over a penny or not.
Well it's 30th December and I'm going to decide right now, rational or not, that I can put that fear aside. These fine shares are worth more than a penny.

For investors in the UK market, the big event today is the Brexit trade deal: it makes so many companies more attractive than they were last week.
So metals and mining are waiting in the wings today. So what? We can wait.

On Christmas Eve 'Kitco News' gave the results of their online Outlook Survey 2021, which asked small businesses to say which precious metal they thought would do best in 2021: over 1000 people replied and the results were
1. Silver (56%)
2. Coppper (16%)
3. Gold (14%).

Max, I've got one eye on the "usagold live" moving prices and I'm saving my cheer for when silver goes into the blue. Gold is there already, what a cracking week silver and gold have had.

Joff1, it's good to know that copper prices are on the up, so that if gold is available fantastic, and if not Capstone have got their bread and butter, and so have we.

I would not mind at all if Capstone struck a massive gold seam while looking for copper, dickie3times. I would not mind at all.
