Been buying some today. No point awarding options unless they think the price of these will treble. Mkt cap is only 600k. The company is very quiet am afraid so patiently does it. Always made money on Mac buying at below 1.25 and deals are being done...you have to watch their website. Not going to award these and then delist are they?

Some decent buying coming in...just started though. Earnings per share of 0.68 cents , cash of 1.1 million dollars outside, Payserv booming....all for a penny and a bit. Top CEO who has put a lot of money into the company and works for nothing. I was always confident on this one and bought plenty in a 1p placing a good while ago. Def one to follow

On a pe of just two....nearly a million in cash too. No wonder buyers are piling in. Re rating coming here!

A billion plus today. You can buy at 0.145 now. That is probably a fair price for a punt...and this is punting money only. I think this deal is rubbish myself but George is great at spin so every chance of a rally

You are right there. Holders can only hope that a new management can get some of all that money back.

Does it say that the newco will be listed? Prem will become a shell...after all these millions pumped in. A new unlisted company can dilute and issue options etc at any price. I reckon this is a disaster myself and I can see prem down at 0.1 I am sorry to say.

Obviously arranged some time ago. Brokerman always knows...I sold out of this on Friday as soon as he said on Twitter. Buying them back today and got some below 11 and at 11p. Should gain 25 per cent extra shares on doing so. Punters on here might not like Brokerman but he sure is on the money with his info!

Took 40 per cent from yesterday buy. Be back if they lower the offer back to 6 again. Only way to get money back on Chal!

Looking bad but worth so little now that a small punt looks ok. May yet find a reverse or something. Owed some cash and ceo has stuck all his money in this from 30 pence down. Definitely bonkers punting money only....but they do come good occasionally

Atlantic coal has announced plans to relist in 2019. It has taken 5 years since they were suspended from aim mind you. I reckon lion might come back too...in 2024. Always hope.

The shares are delisted. No one can ramp or deramp. Look at Atlantic Coal....doing amazing and the biggest seller of anthracite coal in the US. Delisted years ago from Aim, turned down numerous bids....and investors cannot sell or do anything. Don’t hold your breath about relisting here. We are now holders in shares in a private unlisted company and they have no market value. Zero. Have a look in a couple of years.

No you now have shares in an unlisted private company that you cannot sell. You may or may not get some money back. No one can know that.

You are right. It’s all smoke and mirrors. There is nothing to guarantee the company will ever be listed again and it could accept an offer of 0.25 pence per share if it wanted to. Loads of others have.

Delisted...,of course. Will this ever come back? Maybe but not for a long time. My guess is at least a year. It always take longer than predicted and first quarter is most unlikely. They said third q then fourth q now first q....just be honest and say we don’t really know. If it takes a couple of years then ok.

Little cash left now, no possibility of raising any more, share price at all time lows, one of the very worst CEO's around, every PI losing stacks of cash, pie in the sky dross, worthless assets that cannot be sold. No real JV and a BOD that are still taking a stack of cash as salary.

When I say worthless assets.....I mean to current shareholders. They will be bought from the administrators for a song.

Utter rubbish. This is a relisting so they have to give notice and publish the program. That is at least 20 days I believe. The shares were suspended on 11 April so the company has until about the 18 October...although that would be cutting things very fine. Very unlikely....today the start of the 4th quarter was the day to publish the program setting out the full plans to relist. The silence from the company is very clear.

they dont have until mid november at all.
