The Pb placing was of course at 12p not 16p. My error.

It is good that people mention the downside here to balance the ramping. This company is broke and investing here is just a high risk punt. I bought in at 16p initially in the PB placing and sold enough to get a free roll. I should have sold the lot of course. I punted here at 1.3p and will sell enough today to clear my stake. This could go any day ....into admin so punting money only!!! Or it might somehow recover. But stupid comments here about "no risk" are just that....stupid. There could easily be a deal that saves the company but wipes out current equity holders. Always likely in this situation. So if you punt, no moans if you lose the lot please!!

Just the way the crypto mkt is. Personally I think bitcoin could fall back to the 30’s again as it did a few months ago. Then it may move back to the 60’s. Ever thus. Arb price? Well it was easy to buy in the 90’s and even hit the 80’s for a short while. I will be adding at that level! Make sure you have some decent cash available for a short term plunge. Last time Arb hit that sort of level it promptly doubled in weeks. Don’t see this fall as a problem see it as another opportunity….

Oh and is this Simon Cole any relation to the Simon Cole that raised 25 million for 7 Dig at prices up to 8pence and then the shares collapsed to below 0.1 for a while. He quietly walked away from that music streaming company. That Simon Cole made amazing statements about making a profit that were never met or nearly met. Still….it was all just his opinion. I am sure it cannot possibly be the same person. Can it?

Sounds great. They have done a good job. Raised loads of new money. Dumped aim. Off to the US. There they can raise new money to anyone they want at any price they want. Pay themselves what they want. What about the pesky aim lot? Dilute them. Ignore them. Don’t answer questions etc. in time force through a sale at a pittance. One aim share i punted in delisted and then won a huge contract. Brilliant I thought. The majority shareholder then bought the minority shares at half the price it was before delisting having got a broker/ lawyer to confirm this was a “fair price”. No choice or say. No conversion just a small amount of cash. Now that company is booming and the shares are probably worth 20 times plus what I was paid. Hopefully it won’t happen here but aim is a cesspit…as most of you know to your cost. So if you do punt lower down….punting money only and expect nothing back. Maybe they will relist in the us given time but it won’t be quick. Three to five years maybe.

Sold all mine when it flew up but bought back in the primary bid placing. 140p was a fair price but should have them added lower. Always thought a bid was likely here at about 250p. Right area of course.

No...you will keep your shares but you will not be able to sell. You have to hope for a private takeover in the future. Which can happen. I have had some great results from delisted shares.

But the directors can do what they like.....and often do....and some companies just disappear. No rns or results. You hear nothing until your broker informs you they have gone broke and its a tax loss. So its pot luck

At about 5 times current price if I remember. Did not get involved myself.....but there should be a general rule that delisting is not allowed within a year of a public placing. Once it goes private....well, it is a mixed bag and you never know what next. Atlantic coal was my worst; went private, turned down three take over deals at much higher prices and then was placed into administration.

I am out of tern at the moment. I bought in the primary bid placing in July at 18.8p where tern raised £4 million. I made a small profit. So volatile! Just 6p last December so the stock has done very well indeed this year. I reckon they will place early in the New Year as they need to support their investee companies with more cash. Next year? Tern will hit 8p....or 80p.

Hoping that this fall continues for a while. 3.5p would be good to add some. Watching carefully!

Bought some at 139. Let us see if this fall continues and I can add at 135. Target price is 200p and I am sure we will see that next year.

The high was 158 on 11 February 2021 so it has indeed been some fall!!

Gdr is a dawg. I am not convinced by the rns yesterday at all. But I had to buy the covid stocks on Friday morning after the new variant was announced. Personally I think will spread fast but will be much weaker. Some time since I had a 100 per cent plus winner in two days and I have kept a few free ones in case we see this fly ever higher. When I looked at the record I was amazed to see I sold out of GDR in February this year at 136p. So I agree not to get carried away here but maybe it will get back to that 80p placing level from last year. Selling is always the hard one; you cannot take the profit and hold the stock. Each to their own.

Needs to bounce with the covid factor. Even GDR is doing that. Think it will at some stage as the rampers and mugs pile in. Sell into any rally imo as I doubt it will last too long but it might go up to 40p. Long term I think the future is dire ….but the covid news today could see a rally soon
