I would say as well he should be punished if his mud slinging doesn't stick.

I don't like the guy but does this mean they are being investigated? I thought today's rns were positive the pilot is just that but could grow into revenue and Aker's accumulating is positive.A good medium/ long buy and hold.

I contacted the FCA last week about what appears to be blatant market abuse, or possibly even securities fraud, at Dev Clever (DEV) and to its credit it has sent back a non standard reply indicating that it is taking the matter very seriously. As a reminder, Dev did a placing on December 20 2019 and its CEO sold £500,000 shares a month later only to admit in February that sales for the six months to 31 October 2019 were way below forecast. How can a software firm have not had any inkling of that before the placing and CEO share dump. It defies belief.

Thanks for posting Tester it's a great summary. We are due the permits, the land purchases are being negotiated and a possible toll mining deal. We could have all 3 in quick succession over the coming weeks. I feel as though we have stepped up a gear and the arrival of Rio and an independent valuation of £1.70- £2.10 per share should put a rocket up us and get us where we should be. Cheers.

Hopefully if the presentation has gone well we might see some volume here. Reading the presentation what's not to like, can't be too long till we have a re rate. So undervalued and about time this turned around. Good level to add imo.

I did a valuation based on a company's value and is this anywhere near?
If we had an EPS of $1 ($120,000 profit and 120,000 shares eg) PE of 10 would that mean a shareprice of $10 per share?..or are my calculations out.

If you read my posts I have never said anything bad about the company..quite the opposite..and no I bought at the bottom to enable me to get out with profit. I will probably buy back in again at some point once this has settled and the 10% ers are out again.

If Q3 we will be cash positive (supposed to be last October) and we are £1m down when is the placing?.

It's hard to tell if a buyer is getting in before news or seller getting out...intertrader were said to be selling 1p IPO shares..but we've had Akers buying..

Why no news..investors need to know one way or the other..either to buy or sell..not good.

I've taken profit and sold. Got in low enough. I'll buy again cos I like the company's products..just doesn't seem right . If it's all ok I'll buy in again even if it's a little higher. GLA.

Good post and totally agree..I did some calls a while back and came out at closer to 500m buy out..with a little more dilution £3-£4..with the wind behind us. Gonna be a good few weeks/months . GLA.

Not sure if it will affect us but investors are pulling money out of the markets. The DOW is down 4.5% and futures for ftse looks grim. That could pull us down as investors go to cash. Just thinking out loud.. Bloomberg talking about recession is a bit over the top imo. GL
