Mark said Rio Tinto have done 12-18months due diligence before investing in Nicaragua. I would imagine now they are "in" and have the confidence of the government they would want to establish themselves there. If they have a monopoly on the mining surely it puts them in a strong position as they will be creating revenue and jobs on a large scale.

We'll be bought by then imo.
