Sorry I've reread my post and it wasn't aimed at you as your post was balanced..I was referring to other boards and unscrupulous posters and the 10p valuation.. After doing some reading up on UK construction and German,Italian and Spanish also. A lot of companies are reopening after doing risk assessments (mace for one, 7th largest in UK) and it is very positive reading up on Germany. Again I apologise no malice meant.GL we're all here for the same reason.

Surely tho that is why the sp is 17-18p per share..the drop has been done? Only putting it out there that there is a minimum for a company's value and it can't be too far off from here. I'm gonna buy some Monday and see where we go with it. Following JP Morgan etc (although don't always get it right) will have done DD. If it drops a little before a rise ,fair enough it just really looks overdone. This isn't a £50m (10p)company and talk of 10p is nonsense, I've seen similar talk on other boards/company's from bottom feeders trying to influence the SP in a negative manner. The truth does out tho and we'll see next week. If I get in at 17p ISH I'll be happy to hold and watch the recovery. Crystal ball would be helpful..do SIG sell em? GL.

I believe Taylor Wimpey went from 4p to 55p in about 6 months after the 2008 recession and they had a ton of debt ..I didn't take advantage of the last crash not making that mistake again. Finding good company's with a beaten up unrealistic share price and that will be in demand again soon..

Most company's service a debt and SIGs debt is smaller by £26m but the SP is a fraction of where it was. I agree that the construction industry hasn't halted (knowing people who work in it)and when it returns it will rebound strongly to make up for lost time. The price it is now is crazy,it's one we will look back at and think wow. IMO.

The organisations, including ANCE, which represents the interests of 20,000 contractors and building companies, made a joint appeal to government to immediately adopt measures to restart construction and to ensure the survival of the sector.
Similar happening in Spain where construction and non essential workers are going back to work safely.
Things are starting to move within this industry and thats personally why I think it's a good buy from these levels.IMO.

Yeh every board seems to have em. Try and spin an RNS or good news etc..generally the sign of a good company when someone not invested wastes there time trying to bash it..hay go the cream always rises. GL

Wasn't that debt higher £189m shaved off £26m to c£162m (which is a positive) and the SP was multiples of where it is now. The share price is oversold and looks very cheap both on the chart and fundamentally. JP Morgan taking a good lump is a positive and this looks primed for a strong rebound imo. Looking at dipping my toe here MondayGLA.
