The company was shutting for 4 weeks from 30th March so that takes us to a possible reopen Monday..

Maybe less now we have had some chunky buys lately. I have emailed the company and can confirm they are very busy but wouldn't go into detail but looking at the confidence here it's not busy in a bad way! GLA.

They are, the furloughed workers have to take 3 week blocks the 11th of May is the end of 2 blocks.

SIG is the largest supplier of insulation products in Europe and also the largest supplier of interiors fit out products in Europe and as soon as the wheels start turning..boom.

I would imagine that with a looming US recession the land owners may become a little more realistic about land value. These unfortunate times could speed up the process but it will get done sooner rather than later.
