You mean disappointing or so much potential but goes pear shaped?..yeh maybe. Let's hope not but it's really doing my head in now.
Basically if the company news eventually after a year of flogging this all around the globe and the hot air it has spouted without letting us know the actual numbers isn't impressive we are doomed.
The MC has to be justified and if the company don't match the results the price is gonna drop..it may do anyway with the frustrated shareholders bailing out, and the bashers will be out in force.
Chris Jeffries, CEO of Dev Clever, commented, "We are working closely with the FCA and our professional advisers to finalise the prospectus which is at an advanced stage, and look forward to our shares relisting as soon as possible in the new year. I am delighted with the operational progress Dev Clever has made in recent months and will update shareholders on developments with our partners in India and China in early 2022."
Thing is bagzzz with words like this from Jeffries LAST December you had no reason to think your holding would still be frozen. I will take everything that comes out of his mouth with a shovel full of salt from now on. My personal exit price although higher than where we are now is much lower than before unfortunately..the $2-$3bn company valuations are absolute bull. IMO
Good luck investigating this mob, email or social media enquiries just get completely ignored..not even a courtesy reply.
They show nothing but contempt for loyal long term holders. I do fear mass exodus when we do relist as shareholders deserve much better and are royally f**k ed off.
It may have been the plan..as MC says we don't have the mine building expertise within the company, or the capital from a producing mine to fund it but existing mining company's with depleting reserves do.
Maybe JM is wanting to wrap it up, I think we may have a few offers that have turned JMs head and an exploration company is exactly that. We do all the tricky mundane time consuming jobs waiting for permits etc then a bigger fish takes the reigns.
I see it as job done by MC and we move on .
I agree , explained clearly and gave a 3-4 month timescale. Interesting times the last lap folks.. 18p a share and a 15p Open Offer..happy to have a part of my portfolio here..not my biggest investment but happy with the exposure and IMO worth the risk at these prices.GLA
The Company expects the Fundraise, assuming at least £1 million is raised through the Open Offer, to fund the Company through the sales process as announced on 22 November 2022.
Am I reading into this that they already know the timescale for a sale?..it will happen within £1m of expenditure.
Well for my sins taken some in the 18's this morning and I'll try for some in the Offer..I just see this as the last raise, the lowest of its latest cycle and worth a lot more North of here..I've got 50p area in mind now. Happy just to hold now and go on the final journey (fingers crossed)
Shares have been bought/ sold whilst in suspension so I would imagine anything market sensitive has to be RNS.. If there was some bad news and anyone privvy to the info sold it would be deemed insider trading surely?..
Just common decency from the company though should warrant updates as holders of the companies stock we should be informed on progress.
Bagzzz agree 100%..according to Twitter and sound bites a company which is booming and very well received in Canada, Poland, Australia, USA, China, India & Africa they are very quiet on the OFFICIAL news releases.
Surely the company should be pumping out RNS's proving the doubters wrong, reassuring shareholders and attracting new investment when we do finally relist..but nothing but tumbleweed..in fact the the cupboard for RNS's just has a spider and a couple of cobwebs in it.
