Thing is Codey where you state "it's hardly anyone's fault they they're looking for the best outcome for their cash" is pure b8llocks. When did they decide they were going to look for the best outcome for their cash!? Fu&7in last week!? They certainly haven't done that for the last 2 effing years. They have pi55ed away $30 million of funding and now you have the cheek to suggest they are somehow making a shrewd business decision for the betterment of their shareholders.

OilNO just so you know, any genuine shareholders want the ALIGN deal to pass, not this shocking ZEN deal. Winds me up people pushing the ZEN offer because it suits their own needs. What about people that have supported AAOG to unlock the Tilapia asset. It's a f7kin wind up for most of us viewing this board. AAOG bod are a bunch of fraudulent muppets and ZEN is a pile of p00 too, but are benefiting from this monumental crime that Sefton, Berwick, Cope and co are commiting. Have some damn respect and stick to ZEN.

The third leg of the CBD business is the production of feminised hemp seeds. These are
seeds that produce female plants which have a higher CBD yield. Zoetic is looking to start
selling seeds in the first quarter of 2020 ahead of the growing season and to enable this,
it has been developing framework agreements with seed distributors in the US.
Management believes that it could reach the maximum capacity of its indoor facility
which is currently conservatively estimated at 12 million seeds/year. Based on 2019
prices these could command a price of up to US$1/seed before broker’s and distribution
costs. Management is concentrating on making the seeds of the highest quality given that
there have been some disputes over quality of some seed sold within the US. Zoetic
wants its seeds, like its retail products, to be seen as a premium brand.

My negativity comes as i believe this to be entirely orchestrated. I wish the absolute worst for James Berwick and David Sefton. They have robbed me in broad daylight, and fu45ed away millions of pounds of shareholders money. I personally believe (and this is me) that Zen will fail if they take this asset, and somewhere down the line the 2 crooks will look to take this into Atog's hands. Quite frankly my holding is worth peanuts now, and would rather risk it all on Align as i trust them far more than i trust anyone currently residing in 12 Berkeley Street.

there is sweet FA that is secure about it for shareholders. Accept the Zen deal and it's wipe out... do the maths on the percentages of even a good result drilling the Mengo and it will barely pay the Bod's wages. ALIGN or NOTHING for me! And that's the case for all genuine holders. It is a sorry state of affairs, but i still hold hope that Align can pull this off.

All I hope is that every buy today is to be put forward to align to get an egm in place. My xmas was ruined by these selfish, fraudulent, disgusting thieving scumbags. They should be locked up. In my opinion the SP lows this week will never be seen again. Need to raid the kids piggy bank I think. Shares sub 1p will be worth multiples in 2020. Great buying opportunity even though I'm ****ed about it...

There is plenty of news flow to come and news flow that typically drives up an oiler's SP. Starting with the Spud very very soon, and then operational updates as we get through the oil bearing zone and then work through the horizontals. Should give us a clue as to the success of the drill as we work through to the big flow test. It's also been the time in the past when the Bourgues got involved! 60 days is nothing and i personally hope to see some solid accumulation over the next few weeks. It's a massively exciting time as a UKOG holder IMO

cash call?! What you on about - we have entered a 0% interest convertible loan until August 2021 and "A further advance of up to £4.5 million on the same terms is available to the company dependent on the operational performance of the Horse Hill oil field."

We have plenty of cash available and further funding options to be opened once the full CPR is completed after the next 2 wells, so we are getting closer to a point when dilution will all be in the past.

Someone needs to read an RNS for gods sake. If you are gonna talk a share down at least have some semblance of what is going on.

Guys, the big sells are almost certainly YA selling. The good news is they must be running out of shares to sell from this conversion and the price has still been edging up.
This drilling campaign is watched by literally the whole of aim and many people, myself included think this share is gonna be many multiples of where it is now at some point in the next 6 months. The plans for Horse Hill with now a 25yr production license mean that if flow rates hit what is expected (3 times vertical flow each) when coupled with a CPR due after these results our current MCAP is going to stupidly undervalued. Ifs, buts and maybes of course, but this is why every tom dick and harry has an eye on it.
Oh and remember every time YA sell, someone is buying those shares (and for good reason!) Good luck!
