Given the above statements I would say that workovers on the other 4 in July did not happen and that is merely scaremongering.

Also woodfromtrees, you have made some very poor calculations and should not be suggesting that our(lol) loss per month is anywhere near that as has been mentioned many times on the board.
You have not taken into account £500k of warrants post period, the revenues from 8 producing ED wells which should now cover overheads, incoming revenues from chill/zoetic/online/leafyquick etc, and you have included many one off costs from last years accounts which are not ongoing (West Denver,co2,water etc) and you have not taken into account reduced lease costs. We also have RP warrants to be exercised to add to the coffers before this financial year ends.

bs - what about the £500k in warrants received?
bs - what about a full year of 8 ED wells fully online and functional?
bs - what about the leases that have been relinquished to reduce costs?
bs - what about the revenues coming in from the cbd business?
bs- why have you included many one off costs for activities last year such as WD, Water and C02( which you like to take the pi55 out of) which wont be on going expenses?

No need to answer the questions - you know exactly why you have ignored the above., as does everyone else!

Look i'm not saying it's down purely on that, i can see the accounts aren't too rosy, but it's so obvious what these lot are doing.
As everyone is focusing on the negatives (yes i know there are some i'm not competently blinkered) let's briefly cover off the positives...
- ED wells x8 for the next full financial year (yes they decline yada yada but still) cover majority of overheads
- True "may" drill up to another 24 with our 7.5% carried interest
- revenues incoming from 36 stores potentially more for Chill
- revenues to come online from UK and US from online site and leafy quick
- potential for huge seed revenue later this year which will dwarf anything else we have
- cash burn should be reduced from letting some leases go to focus on CBD business

Timing is interesting given we know last year's accounts are not going to be barnstorming.

Yup! That's quite a premium from today's price at 5.2p! I didn't want a placing, but the way everything has transpired, it's impressive that DS got Miton to keep to their side of the financing. Shows great confidence and crazily a 25% premium to today's price! Bring on the good news flow from now on...

He has options at 20p, a plan to deliver dividends, and has told investors he plans to buy shares once out of a closed period and the market will be notified. I believe him. (cue the sarcastic comments.)
He is thoroughly f5'ked off at the shorters decimating the SP. Yes some of his decisions have been mismanaged and jumped on, but the bigger picture here is about creating cashflow above and beyond the outgoings. It may look miles off right now but with what we are sitting on, can be fully achieved in 2020 while we go all to get production in the next few months.

and in other news, shorters still short...

There must be a lot of shorts outstanding here, who were not expecting the initial funding to be sorted at 5.2p. The TW army of shorting bell3ends for one, who had been spouting for weeks of continuous foul play and delisting. Well, now half the funding agreement has been secured they are obviously in a bit of a predicament. I'll be expecting continuous bashing for a while yet, and of course a focus on the YA deal which i must admit has it's issues, but the T&Cs certainly try to encourage the "longs" but god knows in practice if that happens.

I believe the bad news is well out the way now and the SP is accordingly in the doldrums. I bought more shares yesterday after that massive trade (short closing probably - dodgy timing LOL) and hope that DS will now build some positives from here.

Positives including...
SMP giving us $3 Million for their disastrous rig.
Production plan now funding sorted - how we get out 2.5k bopd from Djeno to start with
Director buys - he's said he will once he is out of a closed period
License confirmation - must be sorted for funding sign off
Drilling campaign and consistent updates

Fingers crossed it is the start today of a serious move up. Remember this isn't some wildcat drill, we have huge amounts of oil from multiple zones and the motherload that is the Djeno.
IMO buying now will return multiples by year end with a bit of luck. ATB to the genuine ones.

There is no way i'd be selling these shares in the 9s. The news that has come out over the last couple of months has added big value to these shares. It feels like we are right on the cusp of a major major rerate. Make no mistake a lot of shares that have been sold off over the last few sessions will be being picked back up over the summer (Hopefully at a higher price if people cotton on.) IMO

No. Osg1 spent months deramping this share until one day he changed his tune and decided this was the greatest thing since sliced bread. I take no notice of him.

The users to listen to are hopefuldave, blackhopper, blacksheep, substp, fadec, intotheblue, rkbeekeper and a select few others that I can't think of, off the top of my head. This board has descended into chaos quite frankly.
I'm open to debate but sadly as a long suffering shareholder I get fed up of this company getting pulled through the dirt, by trolls and naysayers and people looking for a better buy in. Some of it is self inflicted and I fully accept that but it's created some very sad and bitter individuals that do not want any reasoned debate.
Thankfully, this time round we are doing things properly and the cbd arm of this business I expect to actually deliver serious revenues which will sit on the balance sheet and tell it's own story.
Finally over the next few months no amount of s5it stirring on here will impact the SP because what we do will have $ and £ attached to it and the business can be valued accordingly.
