I wrote to Kiran today to clear some points regarding my broker (Hargreaves) and sending proxy votes and acquiring a pin and passcode to be able to access the webinar to ask questions as time is running out .
This is the letter I received from ‘Info’ at Cadence Minerals

Dear xxxxx.

We have replied to Hargreaves Lansdowne (HL) and provided them with Investors ID and PIN.

Using this you can then login to the web address and from the 5/01/2021 submit questions via a questions portal, and we will do our best to answer at the AGM on the 07/01/2021.
