Unfortunately the chances are for a refusal although it will most certainly go through on appeal. The councillors will try and save face in front of local voters knowing that the decision will be taken away from them with the appeal. A bit silly really as it will cost the tax payers a few hundred £K.
Will top up if it drops as a result of refusal as Victory will be in spotlight before appeal is heard.

Flights open to Morocco back in early Feb and still no sign of this trial getting underway. It's embarrassing how slowly things progress within QFI.

Don't get me wrong I would much rather get some positive news but experience over the past many years tells me not to get my hopes up.

If he tweets to that effect I will add more just for the trade, in and out for a quick profit to help make up for my large current paper loss!

RBD market cap £25.45m
Victory alone then 21x current market cap?
Offer price at the mo. 0.0029p (x21) around about 6p in share price terms
So 10 bagger seems realistic!!

Victory just got alot more valuable

The current Mkt Cap is 25million. As Victory has 30 million barrels equivalent then with our share Iwould be very disappointed not to achieve a minimum of a 10 bagger from here.

RBD share of the Victory gas discovery makes this SP look ridiculous.
