It's a bit of a shame that the vast majority of oil stocks have done really well recently with the rising oil price where as AAOG have been going in the opposite direction. We need some positive action here and soon!

It concerns me that regular posters on iii seem to be obsessed with the movements of the Saudi Crown Prince. It is inconceivable that QFI or any of it's partners in the KSA project will be part of this present USA tour and as was proved, the one in the UK. It really is clutching at straws to think otherwise. My prediction is the half year report issued next week will have another bland/lame excuse for a further delay and if MK has any sense he won't put a time on it this time as even Southern Rail has a better record of time keeping. I so want this company to succeed and better still get bought out for a decent price just so I don't need to wish my life away waiting for the next let down.

boyporche - really, have you never heard of sarcasm. the term deep joy is often said when it means exactly the opposite. I have several hundred thousand QFI shares and it gives me no pleasure at all to see the price dropping. As I say DEEP JOY! Surprised your crystal ball didn't translate for you!!

pcjoe your not MK are you as the last time I read anything so stupid as your post it was the last RNS stating contracts were ANTICIPATED to be signed in Q1. What on earth excuse are they going to come out with this time, 3 months after the AGM and still no deal, I'm not sure anyone will believe a word MK says anymore.

Sell AT trades this morning bringing price down plus a 242K O trade sell. I guess delay fears are starting to creep in. Come on QFI just once could you please deliver within your own imposed time frame. Could really do with our Japanese friends pulling a rabbit out the hat now.

Theres no way a QFI trial is going to be on any agenda at the current visit by Saudi delegates. Folk on here and iii are really getting carried away and it's not helpful. I'll not be one bit surprised come the end of the month to get a sorry but its taking longer than we thought RNS. I was a bit suspicious in the last RNS about the following statement : "Quadrise is evaluating options to reduce the impact of the delays in finalising the agreements for the commencement of fuel production. This work will also look at opportunities to optimise the production and logistical phases of the schedule where possible, to enable the combustion phase to be completed during the second half of 2018 in line with the original timeline. That to me makes me think they are expecting further delays .

Everyone holding their breath now. Darn't sell incase RNS with deal done arrives, and won't buy incase another delay creeps in. Tick Tock, the end of the month is looming!!

All gone very quite after some decent volume and a nice rise yesterday. Could really do with our Japanese friends pulling a rabbit out of the hat now to take away the ever increasing tension as we march on towards the end of Q1 and another deadline approaches.

Interesting that they both have roughly same value however the SP dropped by 13% so i doubt its a transfer.

That statement from IR seems to be saying: Look guys there has been a delay to contract signing which frankly is a pain and very frustrating and we didn,t see it coming.. However the production will still start as planned so in reality theres no time lost. Just chill and we will tell you everything once the contracts are signed and then your all going say Oh so thats what happened! Next week and we are half way through Q1, talk about wishing your life away.

The company is going to need to provide an update soon or this will drift all the way back to 4p.

Always makes me smile when a holdings RNS comes out and someone has increased their position everyone says it's great news, shows confidence etc. If a reduced holding RNS comes out then it's not that bad is it, someones bought them, must of needed money to pay off tax bill or debts. We never know the reasons so lets just keep a balanced view. Have to admit when the RNS popped up I was hoping for different content, Oh well maybe tomorrow, or next week or next month!!

All gone a bit quiet now with volume drying up. Could do with a bit of news from our Japanese friends to spark new interest while we wait for KSA.
