I, believe the Chairman said it would be 30% of last years FCF which is the lower end of the 30 - 50% that is the company's policy to pay.

Nacho, I seem to recall Wood saying they will pay down 16 million of the 18 million debt. I hope they do!!

Correct, the company have re-iterated that they will de-list from Aim and TSX and list on the FTSE proper. they have already moved domicile and say that the re-listing process is well-advanced.

Dartron, fully agree about infestation of day traders. Makes for too much volatility in the SP, especially on a low volume share such as this one.

IMO as soon as we delist from AIM and TSX and get on the FTSE proper, the better chance of a more stable SP. At the moment it's a lottery!!

I live approx 200 yards from the end of the branch line going into Drax. Regular deliveries going in today no problem.

I suggest you hold until the proceeds of the recent sale are used to pay off most of the debt. Then see what happens to the SP.

Look at the trades today. they are all small amount auto trades . No major investors selling imo.

I fully agree johnpohn. In my honest opinion, some posters on here have not read carefully enough and/or understood the details of the RNS.

If so it hasn't worked. Only one sell order out of 20 trades!!
