Well you were spot on FG! Looks like an excellent set of numbers to me and way above expectation, Debt to soon be zero and possibility of a dividend! I am sure somebody more adept than I will drill down into the numbers and spot something negative but I’m sure the positivities will outweigh and the positive effect on the SP will be tangible. Good luck all.. Happy with my increased holding.

It is now 2 months since the Saatchi RNS, price has continued to decline since, the news vacuum here is not helping, hopefully positive news will drop soon.

Disappointing to see this dropping like this.. any ideas as to why? Update from the board would be nice!

In view of published press speculation they had no choice but to release an RNS.. and they would obviously have to make that sound attractive to shareholders, will be interesting to see the next move.

FG, thanks for your informative post and considered view.. Hopefully Lord Ashcroft remains positive on this company and continues to support the company by staying invested.

Today’s RNS is huge, if this deal is successful it yet again takes this company to another level and opens up global markets to them, I like it and will watch to see what the outcome is with a view to taking up any offer.

FG, Thank you for your considered take on the situation, a lot I didn’t know or consider there! Would Michael Ashcroft need to take a position on the board if he hit 30% then, hence limiting his holding to 29.99% as you suggest?

In view of his successful track record and knowledge I for one feel very comfortable with his significant stake, it acts as both a governance check and makes them

Aware/reminds them that the best interests of the company are paramount as opposed to self interest which seems to be the current situation with the majority of companies listed on the AIM market!

Hopefully they will communicate and work together for what could be an amazing company with huge potential!
