Interesting to see that 4 senior management/ directors have bought significant shares in TMG today, You may recall that BBSN made a substantial offer for this company which was rejected as too low, since then the SP of TMG has dropped massively , (we certainly dodged a bullet there! ) since our offer , intriguing then that the directors are buying now, up 30% today, could we have put another offer on the table.. or are due to?

Hi FG, I entirely see your point re: Lord Ashcroft, I missed 20 mins of the presentation which is 1 hr long due to aMeeting but will watch again today, the 40 mins I did see including the q&a at the end did not mention him. I share your .. and indeed the Green bros growth strategy, and feel that TMG would certainly have been a bad acquisition at that price, if it was appeasement to LA then that’s worrying .. but that is an assumption. I am comfortable with the current status quo and think we have no option at this stage but to monitor developments with LA. Finally I will say that I thought the presentation was very professional and well executed, and came away confident in the Greens stewardship.. will be interesting to hear your views once you have viewed.

Hi Quick, I watched the presentation and thought that it was excellent, I won’t go in to specific detail but they covered any concerns that I had, such as the affect Ai could have ( They have integrated it into their systems and see it as a beneficial tool that they sell to their client base) They ran through all the acquisitions to date and are happy with how they are performing, most are way ahead of expectations especially MiniMBA which is very highly profitable, the contract announced yesterday was for 1000 candidates at £2000 each, the cost to deliver this is minimal as the course is delivered online and already exists ! BBSN They are trading above guidance.. despite the fact that some clients have scaled back due to the strait of Hormuz closure, but these clients could return to normal if/when the strait reopens, further boosting expectations. Overall, I didn’t see anything negative (some here may see it differently) and I left feeling reassured in my investment.

Yes… great news and finally a shift in the SP!

Does anybody know the value of this contract win?.. ie what would be the cost of a mini MBA course?

Thewakokid, Ashcroft/Murdoch investors: not the reason I first invested but certainly something I find reassuring… especially the volume held.

I think patience is key here, this will gain recognition I’m sure, they just need to have a period of consolidation to integrate latest deals.

Having read the results RNS several times I see only positives with this companies management and strategy, it will be good to see all 5 acquisitions performing above or to expectations rather than 2 but that’s just my impatience and obviously it takes time to integrate and realise the full benefits.

Agree with the NED appointment, she is a very experienced ex CFO from a ftse 250 listed company so will bring invaluable corporate governance oversight for the company as it grows.

As you rightly said I do have slight concerns regarding Ai but as I said previously they are obviously aware and are embracing Ai and the job is to work with their client base on this rather than be replaced by it.

All in all I am totally on board with this company… just a shame that more people are either not aware or are not seeing the value here.

It never ceases to amaze me with the aim market, the fact that this company ,that produces nothing but positive results, growth and also pays a dividend (rare on aim) not only has such a low SP but also that holders have today read those results and concluded that it is a good time to sell! I will keep adding at these prices and remain fixed on the bigger picture that surely awaits.

It was last week as I speak, hopefully people will start to see the true value of this company and buy into it.. I topped up another 5000 this morning and will add more when I’ve exited an existing share .

Thanks FG.. all points noted and broadly in agreement. I do also have confidence in the management of this company, They seem nimble and I feel sure that they will be well aware of both the challenges and also the benefits that Ai could bring to their company.
