C123, I'll still be here in the latter part of September where seasonality tracks strongl You certainly won't be! Hostory shows that. Hahahaha!!!
Given C123's admissions about being involved in 20 big enginnering projects that failed to meet targets and the fact that he admits his responsibility for overseeing the failure of 3 projects, am I the only one grateful for the fact that he has nothing to do with the HZM development?
C123, your posts are never backed up with any factual evidence, they are purely your opinion and I treat those with the same disrespect that I do the rampers who voice their own opinions without factual evidence.
The SP fell during August. Little surpise to me given normal market trends during this period every year, low volumes of trade due to holidays. Added to this, an AIM market that is more susceptible to such movement.
The SP has risen today on very little volume just as it has fallen on the same small volumes this past few weeks. There has been less fluctuation in price on far greater trading volumes so no concerns for me.
Has the concern about a further fundraising gone away already C123? No! there was never any in the first place, just MMs out to make a bit of money while they can.
I see your type on many BBs. You just like to antagonize and try to start an argument. Laughable.
Not worried in the slightest over today's movement. MMs have to make their money just like the rest of us. Bigger holder selling out for profit, price will go up when bigger buyer's order is fufilled. Manipulation in its best sense.
... just dropped to let someone in on the cheap?
Time will tell.

What are the chances of MMs having lowered the SP yesterday for PIs to get in at the offer price given to IIs? Sure, there was a significant amount of dilution but not to the extent that the SP fell below the placing price and, for sure, the admission of extra capital needed due to higher costs would add to a dip but did all that warrant such a fall below the placing price?
Sorry, must have missed it as it seemed to happen in the first half hour's trading.
Tree shake this morning or just letting someone in on the cheap?
Not deramping here. a genuine question. Is there any point in taking up the offer at 7p a share for 1 in 20 when you can buy at 6.5ish now?
Complex deal maybe but the funding's there. Let's see what the market makes of it in the morning. Odd timing for the RNS. Always wary when issued after the close of play rather than before opening.
Anything 8.20 is a sell IMO, 8.25+ are buys. Ignore the buy/sell figures shown as they are totally false on LSE. Not their fault at all, just software interpretations.
Signed, sealed and (almost) delivered. Now just haggling over the price. Should have taken the 6.5p!
We should be due a H1 Update about now if previous years are anything to go by.
Good performance today considering went ex 5.3p div and only dropped one p of those.
Was in here a long time ago (2010?) after it had dropped from £10. Market doesn't appreciate it. Sentiment. Been downhill ever since.
It may seem to you to be a good investment but don't bother trying to fight the market. You'll lose every time. Move on. This one's a gamble not an investment. Sorry but that's how it is.
Absolutely right Mr Fatoomch. Like me, you're probably in this business to make money and TPG has made me a lot through trading it these past couple of years. Regardless of my opinion of TP Group (which isn't that high) I noticed that the SP would rise into results date (or on a surprise RNS) and fall away pretty quickly after or when results were announced. This strategy has proved fruitful. Check the RNS dates and SP charts if you want to check this. I think TPG will get taken out, probably by SAG as nobody else has raised an interest, and I wait to see what the SP does in the run up to the next set of results. Interesting times.
I wonder which people would prefer; an aggressive, pro-active BoD, like SAG's who have more than doubled their Company share price in the last three years or one like TPG's who have managed about a 16% decline in the same period. I would prefer that TPG remains stand alone and managed that same feat, if not better, but is that a real possibility?
Stokey12, that's the backdoor method. Get Directors on the Board and they will do the 'due diligence' irrespective of whether or not TPG like it. If SAG then start selling off I'll be getting out quick. Hopefully, another suitor will emerge and force a bidding war but, as we know, nothing's simple with this lot. I still believe the existing IIs are holding out as they know that their investment is safe and going to bring home the bacon. Will Maritime still get sold off?
You've got to love the politics of it all though. I don't hold out much hope for TPG Directors though if they are unable to deliver a suitable MCap performance to prove SAG wrong.
Shouldn't worry about it. My buy today is showing as a sell. Try a dummy buy or sell and see what prices you are quoted. That will show the truth. Never trust the buy/sell figures shown here or anywhere else. As TeesExile says, it's only a computer guess.
