GUYS GUYS GUYS ,,,,,, you really need to lower that spread price its crazy 60% no wonder there has only been 2 trade for the hole day most over company spreads are ,, 4/ 11 % across the board tickers tsi pow ufo and so on we are in a terrible place at the moment ,so need to offer value not rip of merchant to build faith in your company to invest in
good luck for the future i will be back to buy once i can see good value for exsample bid 0.06 ask 0.07

guys you need to close the spread price as this is to much 40% no wonder people are not trading this stock ,,,,, to get things going again need to short spread price specialy at these time . it will also give more confidence in the company

its the first time it happened today never before ,,, so can someone recommend a good broker because im off from this one , cannot waite for robinhood to launch in uk i am on the waiting list 0% commission

yes i am trying to say there doing something different i have had many transation with this share from 0.05 to 0.13 when i delt today ,,,£ 1149.00 when i pressed the accept button it was at 0.106 when i looked at the purchased contract everything was correct but when i looked at my purchase price on the main screen it showed i paid£ 1116.00 at 0.11 and when i complained they say that they take the average price i paid for that share over all transation which i think is wrong when you press the trade button at a price that should be the price you get it for and i right or wrong here

no this is a uk investment i have taken all that into account and there charge of 8.95

iv already got one ,,,, how can you invest £1150 extra and then when you look at your investment it says £1102 just because they want to charge me a average for that share over a year period never hurd so much crap , never had a problem before untill today,,,, so i think these brokers are doing everything possible to get back money from the crash

Cost figures for all HL portfolios are based on a 'moving average' method. The current cost figure for a holding which is displayed on your account takes into the account the number of units you currently hold and the average price paid since you began investing into a particular stock. To calculate the cost price, the total sum invested is divided by the original number of units purchased to obtain the average price per unit. The average price per unit is then multiplied by the number of units currently held to provide the total cost of the stock at that point in time.

The accounting method used effectively ignores the proceeds raised from sales and instead concentrates on purchases to calculate an average price paid per unit. This cost figure can then be carried through for future trades. We feel that showing an average price per unit rather than simply adding and subtracting the buy and sale considerations provides a more accurate and useable representation of the cost. If we took partial sales into account, the proceeds raised may often be more than the individual buy and therefore could lead to a negative and unusable cost figure. Instead we take an average purchasing price from all buys and then apply this average price to the current holding.

I am sure that you will appreciate that there are various other methods of calculating the cost of an investment which could be used which are not incorrect, but we must establish a useable method for automatically calculating cost figures for all of our clients.

As an alternative measure, you may wish to set up a watchlist where you will be able to track the true cost of your investments. Once logged into your portfolio please select the Watchlist tab in the top right corner of the webpage and you will be able to manually add investments and set a specific cost for the transactions to enable easier monitoring of your portfolio.

my company is giving me the average price i paid for a share on all my transaction of that share for for ex if i paid 0.7 0.9 0.13 0.15 , even if the last price i delt was 0.9.6 there giving me the average 0.11 i think that a rip of

what good brokers can people recommend because mine has started to rip me of ,((, hargreaves landsdown )) they are trying to say there giving me the average price i have paid during investing that share what a load of crap $54.00 better in there pocket any recommendation
