I guess there would have be less panic if the RNS made it a bit clearer about the definition of "Charge in favour". BENs could have given an impact statement as well as the definition.
Now they have just spooked the market who are already super sensitive about being in the 20's.

Two things to understand.
Markets are not logical.
Markets have no patience at AIM level. They feed on dynamism.

In BENs case this means logically its a growth company but the herd wont get in until we see the revenues increase as anticipated.

Newly issued shares represent 75% so 4 to 1 ratio.
Real terms, 2p currently is 0.5p ( maybe that's too simplistic?). Prepared to be corrected.

Why would anyone buy at 2p? Why wouldn't you just wait till the fraud happens then buy at 0.5p?
Assuming you want to continue to "invest" of course. I don't get the logic of the offer versus current share price, can anyone explain?
