Using logic we should be worth much much more now and higher again when we hit 55k. But this company doesnt seem to behave like other companies. The Bod could start by communicating with its shareholders, still no word on the drill or pipeline tie in which is quite disapointing.

Has anybody else received the dividend? I received mine first thing this morning which was a bit of a surprise as it took a few days last time and I am not in the UK. However I only seem to have received around half of what the total sum should be. So Basically around the same as the first payment where this one should be significantly more. Has anyone else had this issue? Would they be paying it in two tranches?

If there is a 50 million dividend at 35k what will it be at 110kbopd?

Surely we are due some updates this week before the Agm. I would love to see an operational update, the current BOPD and big news would be the positive resolution of the resubmitted FDP. Fingers crossed :)

Broadford, if you have these clear concerns about the board and funding to 110bopd will you attend the AGM?
Maybe you can get the clarifcation you are looking for from the people in charge.

My preference would have been a share buy back but I am also happy with the dividend. If we up production as planned these dividends should grow substantially along with the share price over the coming years. With all the talk of us being taken over personally I would prefer to see us grow our bopd as an independent and if we get taken out in 4-5 years time I think it would be for true value. If we are not taken over at 110,000 bopd the cash generated by this company will be huge. At the moment we are producing around 34k and the oil price is around $70. anybody know the monthly revenue with these numbers?

Yes. The chairman Jaap Huijskes is indeed dutch. My main question is where have these shares that were with Hof Hoorneman in July went to in the meantime. Its 5% of the company and if they were sold into the market it would have been at a loss. I was just wondering if somebody with a better knowledge of the matter could shed some light on what may have occured to these shares.

These guys were on the register owning 5% of the company back in July after the taconic sales.
Its a dutch fund but I cant see them on the share register currently. where could these shares have gone?
So they appeared on the register seeming to have bought 5% of the company and are now nowhere to be found.
Any ideas on this?
