Indeed .... bet your ar$e on it being spun into another positive gain for our investment strategy .... I've made more on EMH as a % in the last couple of weeks than they will have done in the last 12 years!!

.....see where it leads indeed .... however also bearing in mind that the reasons given for our concession cancellations wasn't the mining law reforms but a 'lack of investment/progress' in line with the licence requirements which may yet be another battleground ..... still not marinading my hat just yet .....

..... unless the fault lies at their own door by voting for the resolutions regarding placing capacity & pre-emption rights I reckon those with potentially the biggest cause to complain is anyone who bought in recently in the 5's /6's based on & believing Kiran's repeated assertions we wouldn't be raising at this level & yet again then going back on something he's said repeatedly & doing so !!!!

Whether we'll find out on Thursday remains to be seen but there'd better be a good reason for this rushed through raise or who it's to because the 250k sells Friday & yesterday could be forward selling, unless of course someone other than Mr James or myself (the only two holders I'm certain has sufficient quantity) has decided to jump off the train (& it wasn't me)

...maybe they'll actually get around to putting a drill in the ground sometime 'BEFORE' we get the opportunity to sell our our holding!!!

...it's 8.4% of the enlarged SCAP ...... however 1666667 is 9.25% of 181M .... & I'd already calculated the warrants at 5p (4p overall average) & you only have knowledge of 'some' of my legacy buys .... my initial purchases (& some subsequent) have been down here from 13years ago ... & Who's to say I haven't averaged down again by 157k very very recently (which I have) ... reduced my potential exit price again accordingly thank you very much 😁

...at the moment it's over 9% for £500k @3p (over 16.66M v 181SCAP) ..... in total though assuming all the warrants are exercised they'll have effectively had 18.41% of the company for £1.33M .... quite the crock ... Thursday just might provide more detail but I'll be interested to see whose been let in at our cost this time ..... anyone now regretting not voting against the placing capacity & pre-emption right exemption articles at the last AGM ...

..... Looking at all the 250k trades that have occured I wouldn't be surprised if there's not some forward selling going on .... an institutional investor is going to be in it purely for the money for the funds they manage quick 10/20% sets them up to exercise warrants for a net nothing ...PI's get screwed again .... another f-up IMO

Needing funding is one thing ....but at a near 50% discount!!! ... Why now so urgently, when both EMH & we (apparently!!) are so close to significant news in the coming weeks!!!!! ....but more importantly & to the point is to who which could raise an eyebrow or some questions to answer ...or even warrant pointing out to the FCA

...... having said all that's been said & read all that's been posted I look forward to discovering who has taken a £500k stake & work out what the plans might be .... quick small double digit profit or something else ... 🤔
