RE: new 52 week high…4 Jan 2022 21:12
EV .... the options don't expire until 2026 so they have all that time to sit & wait, Amapa is only one part of the 'potential' assets that will lift the SP .... & as much as I like Amapa, recognise the value potential & am strongly behind the JRP structure & believe we've done very well & achieved much to get here it's also evident that we can't be 100% certain when potential revenue is going to come our way or in what scale.... as you know revenues & sales will initially be used to pay off historic creditors & reinstate operations, mine, rail etc so it's a bit sketchy as to how much we'll get from it & when .... eventually it'll be great I'm sure providing we aren't taken out first .... I'm not sure where the SP will be in 2 months time but don't think it would be at a level that could be considered stable & if they were my options I'd be exercising them when I can do so at the optimal point up till the middle of 2026 ...... which to me would be much higher than 40-60p range .... no I would wait to see how GFL & Sonora pan out as well as Amapa if that occurs within 2 months maybe but if it does they won't need to exercise to go to 27% anyway would they ....
I'm actually half expecting them to exercise on the earlier of if we get taken out with an offer they're recommending (a la BCN) or once the GFL/Sonora & Amapa have both been resolved... there's much better ways to go to 27% for them rather than putting their hands in their own pockets at this point IMO
Just me each to their own thoughts though eh!
