Yes ... possibilities are numerous buying us out of the small portion of the JV area in the current plan is one .... also be interesting how they calculate/deal with the COE royalty perhaps we can agree say a 2% royalty under the same terms/conditions .... I'd much prefer they buy us out of the whole thing, it'd make more sense in so many ways & remove a potential future hurdle/obstacle for them at the outset....

Boohoo ....July sign off for what? we know the (Amapa related) bank agreement was completed 24/12/21 & just requires ratifying in the courts this week/next week for completion, with release from escrow of our $2.5M & our 20% of the JV Co formalised .... Yes EV hence why I was a little surprised by the expectation we could get formal recognition of our 20% ownership Mon/Tues .... Much more likely end of this week coming or even the following week ..... as I said if prioritised by the courts anything's possible I guess but it'll happen when it happens I can wait another couple of weeks for it no problem whatsoever......

& just for clarity the $200M value for Sonora I spout isn't my number it's Kiran's (from the elusive & currently MIA 2018 webinar) as was the $200 Yangi value ..... Dollar currency (US/CA/AU) not indicated .... so maybe a question for Friday is given current LI pricing does Kiran still believe a value of $200M is still realistic for our Sonora interests?? :-))

Never said that DL, Kiran &/or anyone else wasn't friendly with COE .... quite the opposite in fact ...just that Secker came on the scene & saw through DL & his game promptly undermining & dispensing of him ... for which I hold Secker in higher regard for despite the outcome for BCN shareholders .... ultimately it may have worked more in our favour though with current LI prices

How do you think the 70/30 split works .... they can't take material out of the ground & say that's from our 70% your 30% is still down there .... as far as I'm concerned GFL will want us out the way just as soon as possible it's Kiran's job to work out what it's worth to them now as much as what it might be worth to us at some point in the future & if we can find a reasonable fit that makes it work now take it....

I don't know why you're bothering either.... instead of trying to undermine the Sonora JV assets here why don't you go & pump your vested interests ... Zinnwald or preferably for us EMH ...

Hmmm maybe - personally I think it was his mouth & modus operandi that did for him .... in my opinion he was running rings round an ailing COE (with or without COE's compliance) but Secker then got on board & threw his 'chess game' out the window ultimately leading to him dumping everything & scarpering off AIM with his tail between his legs (just my opinion & maybe that could be proven/will become known at some point) ..... Lots happened between then & now though & we're in a very different place ....

Bacanora notes the announcement made today by Rare Earth Minerals plc ("REM") regarding their independently commissioned and funded scoping study (the "REM Scoping Study") on the El Sauz and Fleur concessions which form a part of Bacanora's Sonora lithium project (the "Sonora Lithium Project") in Sonora State in Northern Mexico. A summary of the REM Scoping Study has been provided by REM in their press release today. Bacanora has not received a copy of the REM Scoping Study and is unable to comment on the valuations, assumptions, conclusions or methodology employed in the REM Scoping Study. Bacanora commends REM for its initiative in commissioning its independent study and its efforts in supporting the continued assessment and development of the concessions that are the subject of the study.

Bacanora remains committed to developing its borate and lithium projects in Mexico in the most efficient and optimal way possible. Once received, Bacanora will consider the REM Scoping Study in conjunction with the ongoing exploration, development and pre-feasibility studies presently budgeted and under way on Bacanora's borate and lithium projects. The Company's current strategy is to remain focused on bringing the El Cajon (part of the Magdalena borate project) and Ventana (part of the Sonora Lithium Project) concessions into production in the most efficient and economic manner for shareholders, both of which are 100 per cent. owned by Bacanora.

Bacanora owns 70 per cent. of the shares of Mexilit S.A. de C.V. (the company holding the El Sauz, El Sauz 1, El Sauz 2, Fleur and Fleur 1 concessions that form part of the Sonora Lithium Project in Mexico), with REM owning the remaining 30 per cent., and Bacanora acting as the operator. Bacanora also owns 70 per cent of the shares of Minera Megalit S.A. de C.V. ("Megalit"), with REM owning the remaining 30 per cent., and Bacanora acting as operator. Megalit owns the San Gabriel, Buenavista and Megalit concessions in Sonora State in Northern Mexico.

TC ... should we really let evidence get in the way of guessing & speculation .... what's that you say a scoping study indicating $2bn NPV8 based on a price $6,500pt - what nonsense LoL :-))

Of course OBS ... just misread your post however I still think BCN's PI's were locked up with all protests ignored .... but to be fair I think they were effectively done for from the moment GFL got involved .... Potentially very good for us though eh :-)

I'm not sure that BCN PI's having the 'wool pulled over them' is a good analogy Obs .... more like GFL with their supporters (BCN BoD) locked BCN PI's in a room threw away the key & ignored their screaming..... whether that was the plan when GFL first got in bed who can say but there you go .... time for Kiran to make good on his earlier suggested valuation of our Sonora interests (or close to it IMO.

LoL .... Some (possibly small part) of it will be & you should do yourself a favour of you think otherwise just because you have vested interests elsewhere doesn't change that .... Personally I'd prefer the $200M Kiran indicated it could be worth on our SP when Lithium was a fraction of the price it is today ...or of course more!! but as said we'll have to wait & see wouldn't be the first time I was disappointed here if it gets sold on the cheap that's cheap as IMO..
