That was the latest report it clearly states it recommends with conditions. It doesn’t say anywhere unconditional approval.

This for the nhs unfortunately is a double edged sword. If they took it without taking into account NICE concerns and something went wrong then they would be sued for using a product which still had some recommendations attached to it. The nhs are risk averse and it is easier defending a case by saying we couldn’t use the product as it was not fully recommended than defending a case where a product has precautionary recommendations.

The failure rate of the test (EAG said it was 19%)

Anyone who is ramping have not read the NICE guidance or ignoring it as they are making massive losses.

And there is no agenda fella the product will be good but they need to iron out a few issues that’s why NICE are cautious.

EAG is not NICE. Read the NICE recommendations on 30th March they have 4 recommendations for further clarification. It’s there in black and white under section 4:1.

You are better of reading the NICE guidance u see 4:1 titled evidence generation recommendations thats what serious investors are looking at. Also Viagra was recommended by NICE but it didn’t get massive nhs distribution rights ??
