This is nice. As Norfolk said, I expect many will sell at 1p or at least slice their holding. EQT have both feet in the 1s now and still only valued at £70m. Deeside was unexpected at this time and its a bonus. Its a tremendous project opportunity for EQT and just one of many they have in the pipeline so expecting a steady rise over the next 12 - 18 months. Deeside is looking likely to be part of a bigger portfolio of projects as well. Just read the RNS. I certainly don't want to see a spike but we are still due the same news as we were expecting yesterday. This is a very nice bonus piece and has pushed above the psychological 1p barrier.

Risky, 1/2 CWRs current value is what I said. They're currently valued at £1.75bn, so half that is £875m and an AFC SP of £1.30. I was not referring to SP as you cannot compare the two.

I think this is what will set AFC apart from competitors. Their ability to develop bespoke systems such as this for Extreme E. It would be great to see it in action. One thing for sure is that AFC should certainly be highlighting this achievement and not just let it go to EE without a word about it.

They have certainly designed the system for Extreme E. I have a feeling the solar is Solivus looking at the Linked likes they give AFC and the electrolyser is from a company based on the South/weat coast that has been linked with some of the research work recently. This is just assumption but the most important thing is AFC are designing these systems to prove their capability and the fact it can be done.

Thanks Haggis. I would be concerned if we are not at least 50% of the current CWR value in 6 months time. There would be something drastically wrong with the market if that was the case. I also believe that ITM will continue to grow but ITM have had added 1 full AFC MCap in the last 4 weeks so AFC are looking like incredible value at this level.

We should not just be looking at the UK market for EV charging. There are plenty of other opportunities throughout the world where the grid is much less developed than it is in the UK. I agree it would be nice to service the UK market but we have just set up a partnership with a UAE manufacturer. I would assume that AFC are looking further afield than EV charging in the UK

I would love for you to be correct but not sure where you are getting this from. Up until now you have made some great SP predictions so certainly not discounting what you are saying ; - )

The Billingham RNS states

Subsequent to the extension announced in September 2020, the Parties acknowledge that the legal execution of the Option Agreement (the "Agreement") is at an advanced stage, with the majority of the commercial material terms agreed. The Parties agree to use all reasonable endeavours to finalise legal execution of the Agreement no later than 18 December 2020

No later than the 18th December 2020. This is a clear indication that there is no intention to delay further and to close out by that time.
