I don't think investors should get to caught up on these companies that have bought percentages of ITM and CWR. From EQTs perspective it will be much better to leverage the expertise of a collaborative strategic partner such as Wood. No Dilution but plenty of support from a win win agreement. Both sides benefit.

I agree with you aandi. I'm not sure whats missing. I've have always thought that EQT are likely to be profitable before the likes of ITM and CWR and the EQT tender pipeline is almost equal to ITM but growing significantly. EQT do not need subsidies to be profitable its therefore not just about the pipeline but how viable and sustainable the business is. In my opinion EQT is a cracking value opportunity with the greatest upside.

In regards to CWR and ITM, if you are looking for a true value comparator from the H2 sector and not EfW gasification look no further than AFC Energy.

Its EQT and AFC who get my money as the under valued businesses in the clean energy sector with the largest potential upside. The market will catch them up and close the gap.

A close above 60p puts us in a place not seen since 2011, which is pretty irrelevant considering it is nearly 10 years ago. So will be unchartered territory.

Personally I think it will favour FTSE 100 companies as it opens routes to trade and removed the uncertainty. It won't do AIM stocks any harm but this sector of clean/green/sustainable/renewable energy is potentially isolated from both AIM and FTSE movements.

10p is £700m and would be very frothy for Q1 next year. Its not an impossible SP to achieve but EQT and DP will need to deliver on the pipeline before then. Financial closure and construction and commissioning completions will add significantly. Lets target 2p first which may be a low but fair value for now. Q1 maybe interesting and busy and beyond 2p its a difficult one to call and will depend on sentiment and news flow. We know what is in the pipeline now lets see the delivery.

And AFC up more than the others as they are starting to wake up to the MCap disparity gap

Anything above 60p and we are having to go back to 2011 before we see a price like that. Unchartered territory as back then AFC had a lot less shares and an Alpha system.

jgbb123, its a good point. The last few months have been good and bad. Good if you have been an investor in AFC but with everything else happening there is plenty of negativity around. The last few months is just the start, next year is literally 3 trading days away and the beginning of something different. In general, this year has produced a big low for society but we appear to have realised that we need to look after the planet and take action. Fortunately for most we have seen this coming and made some ethical and pioneering investments (10 years ago this was pioneering). Taking this into 2021 will be transformational, we will overcome COVID and return to a new normal which will hopefully be an improvement on the previous normal if we all do our bit. Not sure how busy this will be between now and January 4th (first day back in Jan) but I am looking forward to starting a new year and what's to come

OldRascal. You wont. You will be able to use an AFC off grid EV charge system powered by hydrogen fuel cell. They are targeting this market with ABB as swiss giant in the EV infrastructure and system charge market.

2p will see massive resistance. I am surprised it broke 2p this morning with relative ease. It must have cleared a number of 2p sellers out. Lets take a breather for a while. Next year is the big year and 2p rises may be seen in a day at some point in the future.
