So the conflict in Israel is affecting the SP of all FTSE 100 stocks ? Isn't Israel on the green list for travel ? kind of ironic

Anyone explain what is the cause for this market wide spanking today ? Doesn't make much sense to me.

So why the drop across the market today ? Seems the UK permabear taking a serious bumming this morning. Was looking to buy some divi stocks anyway but cannot get my head around what would cause this daily drop ?

Delivery of that pipeline and revenue generation is key now.

Rugrat has clearly missed the purpose of the AFC offering. It does not need an infrastructure or a market such as refuelling HFEVs for example. AFC are offering a solution to directly replace diesel power generators and offgrid EV charging. This is an immediate requirement. I guess they are just another bell end for the filter. No doubt we are seeing erosion but sector wide. Cream will rise to the top.

That's how I do it. If I buy more I work it out at my average. I also keep an eye on what the current yield is against my PF stocks and often buy the stocks which has a higher yield than my average menaing that I'm underwater in that stock but will be increasing my yield. I have further metrics to achieve than just that. There must not be any underlying concerns. Sometimes it's just timing of entry.

But yes. Always work out the yield on my buy price and retain the average.

I am hoping for a nice sustainable rise once FIL have cleared or whoever else is behind this SP capping.

I am also expecting a nice dividend of 4.5p to 5p to be announced in the interim results and a further 5.5-6.5p as a final. That would be a good 7% based on today's SP.

May have a few more over the next few trading days just to round off the holding.

What would you expect compared to pre COVID Q1 2020. DLG are down in areas affected by the virus but have grown considerably in others. Shows some ability to diversify and resilience.

Motor policies etc will be down as nobody was driving their cars. This will pick up as we return to normal.

Not concerned in the slightest about this. If the market reacts negatively then its provides a good opportunity. Divi unlikely to reduce as they are buying back shares indicating some cash sloshing about.

Exactly Johnnie. The drop has nothing to do with the placing. It's just coincidence. Looks at ITM and CWR today. Sector driven nothing else. AFC is an absolute winner. Just watched the XtremeE update and the loading of the second unit.

Sorry. I was posting.........I have taken positions in BP and Total as progressive energy businesses and not for oil and gas. Total have just released their quarterly and I am sure their spend on renewables is around $5bn per quarter. Some of this capital is bound to work its way through to Hydrogen as with BP in Teesside. I fully expect that there may be opportunities for fuelcells and electrolysers on some or all of the offshore wind

BP has a great future and regardless of 'how much fun this is' the SP is more likely to below the lowest estimate.

Yes, I added another 1500 shares this morning. Possibly a few more whilst the RSI is entering oversold. May wait for the MACD to turn. This is purely technical and I can't help but think a paid for service to increase the number of shares DLG cancel as part of the buybacks. It should all help in the long run. Less shares should mean the ability to pay the same dividend and have a greater cover or essentially increase the dividend and maintain the current cover levels. I hate seeing cover less than 1 as essentially they are borrowing from somewhere. DLG had 1.17 cover but reducing the shares and improving performance will help this.

TT & TBTT. Thanks. Yes I appreciate SLP is a smaller operation and as you say nothing wrong with that. Based on a 4 x multiple of the net profits I would say they're trading at just under 3 PE so still significantly undervalued.

And yes, it was exactly what I was thinking. Why is THS trading with a similar MCap but twice the production. If margins are similar then THS must be hugely undervalued. Looking forward to seeing the results in May. Also interested to see what the divi will be.
