Something is definitely going on I agree, any bud from Avion would hve to be well north of 30p though, Avion CEO has already stated he wants Lupozor to be their lead product in the future…. Now that would be a good rns to wake up to on Monday morning! We will find out soon enough I’m sure, GL all

right on Mav, no news either way so as we were :) Lambo, you talk about others posting rubbish, suggest you read what you post once in a while.

The whole market is jittery as hell and as I said before when a company like IMM are waiting for pivotal news, investors are even more nervous and mm's know how to play on emotions. Friday was a killer across the board. If the drop continues tomorrow, you may be right.

lamb, there is no issue with the drug in the blood as already mentioned by IMM. They have confirmed there are no concerns about the half life and FDA happy about this. I may be on the optimistic side, but no point getting all doom and gloom yet. Sounds like some of you want the share price lower and pushing the negativity.

well after 3 years since the agreement, I doubt Avion will fold now and if they do, I am sure another pharma will come in to fund the phase 3 trial.

must also remember there is a mass sell-off across the markets and shares like IMM where there is current uncertainty will also see be people off-loading. Selling at 3p or lower without news is just dumb desperation when confirmation of FDA approval will see the share price jump to 15-20p. Whilst I can't see the SP dropping below 2p (bar those first hours after any disappointing news)

unless someone more qualified can tell me, what reason could there be for the trial not going ahead? IMM alone will make 100mn per year in royalties in the US. This drug is needed. The FDA have already accepted the protocol and there is no safety issue. All we are waiting to hear is that Avion have tweaked the trial following FDA recommendations and the trial will begin in October. So, yes the drop is overdone but is also a great chance to fill boots.

There really is no reason for FDA not to approve the phase 3. They have worked alongside IMM to develop the protocol. It is safe. FDA have ALREADY approved the phase 3 protocol and furthermore the PK study they requested also came back very positively. The phase 3 trial could have started in 2021. The only reason it didn't was due to the FDA asking for the PK study and IMM delayed it to keep FDA happy and it would still have to be done at some point.

Also, note in FDA's response:

''In addition, the FDA also provided further significant guidance on the study protocol that can be amended to improve the regulatory outcome.''

The FDA are on our side. They want the trial to work hence for word 'improve'.

As I said before, the price action last week has nothing to do with any news. With SP now at 3p, there is no downside but massive upside. If no news on Monday, price to creep back up to 6-7p as we await the approval. Then upon approval, should see 15-20p. Hope nobody listened to Lambkins
