Agreed. And we can see its moving forward, the department of mining isn't lying, its there for all to see. Out of our hands at the moment though. Hopefully next week we'll get the approval we need.

I agree its taking a while but there is more than GEX involved, Ministry of mining, aboriginal land rights, environmental management. Its clearly moving as the status of the application is changing. We are not going to get a running commentary from the authorities or the BOD. What do you want an RNS every week that states, 'questions asked, and answered, revised docs submitted' ? I do however accept that the CEO shouldn't have been so bullish in his statements about approval dates.

For those on a strong sell sentiment then it might be easier to sell up and move on, early stage mining clearly isn't for you.
