And their is a sequencing here. i suspect if there is an drill & off-take partner fur Hussar, there will be an increased share price and MCap well before the need to raise £7M, which becomes infinitely easier. Its not as black and white as some would make out.

Wrong, the insolvency question comes up on all companies with no income. But doesn't mean there is genuine insolvency or fraud . Where do you expect income from with an explanation company ?
