Meanwhile work carries on with daily updates until the permits are given and will be under constant discussion with regulators. P.S. Speaking of piles, they're probably for the security fence extension inside the boundary and next to the new flare. Regards to the new seismic Angus have probably found more gas on the site which needs a larger flare for future production.
I see the Grim Reaper brigade are out in force all moaning about a couple of variation permit upgrades which don't even go to their Nimby Committee mates.
HITS.As you have stated that you have paid for the right to post on here, one would presume you have lost a huge amout of cash and are angry to get your own back. There is no logical explanation for wasting your time unless you are getting paid or trying to get in cheaply. I will leave other investors to arrive at their assumption and act accordingly.
WG. As stated the info was wrong in the first place to make a drilling judgement. If you sit a test and the teacher has the wrong answer sheet guess what happens.
WG. Historical and not revised up to date technology info now used, exactly the past isn't the present and i suppose you still have a house brick phone.
HITS. YOU mean to say you didn't know we will be handling condensate, i would say that we may produce far more than envisaged and need an upgrade for the future IMO. As they say in the Jaws film "we're going to need a bigger boat"
HITS. I'm sure Angus will give a revised timescale if there is a need to do so, obviously GL thinks the issue can or is being rectified at present and doesn't warrant a statement. None of us know what's going on behind the scenes and until then we all wait.
WG. What a load of crap, the area hasn't increased and there will be no adverse effects of the variation. Industrial size, we're not exactly the Immingham petrol plant are we and you are a NIMBY of the greatest order.
Who knows what engineering is done in the background, it must be nice having a crystal ball Mirasol and thinking you have more site info than those involved gives me stitches.
nom. If the larger flare exceeds the current production, who is to say that if more gas is produced from other sidetracks in future it's already in place. After all GL has stated there are other parts of the licence to be examined at a later date?
Mirasol. The original application says Angus are producing condensate with up to 4 deliveries a week leaving the site. And also you havn't seen the CPR stating the gas and condensate estimates p10, p50 and p90 is amusing.
Morning Yanis. I was going to mention about the pics regards to the flare stack base being prepared the other day. I did notice that it looked very large to me, could the permission change account for any more extra gas produced in future sidetracks. Angus have recently done a remap and may have found extra capacity in the site so they may be forward thinking. Do you also know what is the largest capacity flare stack possible for production in the industry please.
