I think GL is just trying to prove a point to shareholders and those trying to trash the company on a daily basis. If SBY isn;t worth anything before proof of production you wont get any offers full stop. On the other hand if you do it proves that SBY is a brilliant asset going forward and a stepping stone to the Geothermal project. If the SP continues to rise the warrant holders will have a choice to use them raising cash for the company.

I'm sure George Lucan is reading the posts, so now is the time to give your point of view.

Ech, I didn't buy shares in Angus to get asset stripped or sold off on the cheap, but i do feel for those who bought in the teens who have been faithful to the company. Even if Angus gets offered 5p a share it's no good to those investors.

Mirasol 88e issued £12m worth of shares at 1.49p on Aug 31st, the SP is now 1.70p with all that dilution and like you say they don't produce anything. Now with Angus just about to go into production what do you think will happen to the SP, If you wish you can phone a friend!!!

HITS. The last raise was .65 discounted from a SP of .72. The sp is slowly rising every day and not a pump and dump, so i think you are way off the mark if it was to happen.

It looks like someones loading up with the unknown trades, wouldn't it be silly pouring all this cash in just before a placing of so called cheap shares. I wonder if HITS stands by the SP placing bet stated the other day. Just because you have the authority it doesn't mean you have to use it.

The SBY sidetrack is from SF7 but GL has mentioned their intentions to look at SF8 in the future, this may be what the images are for to expand the field and reduce the Hedged gas even more. There are other irons in the fire to consider such as oil production, WTE and securing the Geothermal sites before anyone else. We all know that the oil and gasfields have a limited life span and will be used for storage ETC, but the Geothermal is the future with a life span of 30,50 or more years with a premium SP to go with it. We can guessmate until the cows come home but only the BOD have the info at their disposal and not us.

The preemptive rights part of the GM is interesting, removing means existing shareholders cannot have first choice of issued shares at a discounted price to protect their percentage DYOR.
