Like you said we have cash for 6 to 12 months, but if something is brewing for shareholder value you have to act quickly and have authority to do so. by the way you forgot any waste to energy projects on your list, GL did say he wanted at least 4 projects in the pipeline whilst awaiting permissions. Ech. ukog has over 16 billion shares in issue, we only have 1 so no where in that position which is good.

HITS. all Hedge facilities are different ie to hedge against risk, I do know they are two different enterties but once the loan is paid there isn't any risk left. So you are saying that if GL pays the loan off by Sept 2023 it's pointless and you know more than him. PS there's no need to be rude to shareholders because you are no longer invested and your view doesn't matter to me.

nom. I should hope it's not a pay day loan but any loan is regulated by the FCA.

HITS. I'm sure that you agree that any loan can be paid off in full at anytime even if you pay a get out fee. Any lender has to abide by the FCA rules and cannot force you into the full loan term.

HITS. Angus isn't committed to a 36 month loan because that is the agreed length time, the loan can be paid off anytime according to afford ability and settlements. AS you know GL would like to have the loan repaid by Sept 2023 if all goes well.

HITS as the loan reduces so does the hedge, the hedge is only insurance to protect the issuer of the loan whist the loan is outstanding.

HITS. IF Angus produce even 3 months before the Hedge most of it could be wiped out, the remainder could be refinanced through equity and not having to be committed for 3 years to vultures. The high gas prices are here for a while so we will finance other projects. If lidsey comes on stream thats another bonus but you don't have to be concerned having sold your shares.

nom. You don't know what the settlement is to rid us of the Hedge, and even if it was say £3m the shackles are off and the known income by then would more than off set the cost and some.

Yanis if the mkt cap is £10m at 1p etc it wouldn't need too many issued shares once producing at a higher SP raise to clear the debt. Once there is no debt you get the full gas price on the futures chart. We would not be anything like ukog either because they have 13 billion shares, we could raise £15m at 1.5p and still only have 2 billion shares. Once in production i see the SP a lot higher than the above figure, this idea saves all interest payments and you can also buy back and cancel shares later on with all the cash rolling in. Work out the revenue on the futures chart with and without the sidetrack.

HITS. I stated if possible, even April as as rule of thumb would do for me. As long as things progress the SPwill also rise in an ideal world.

Ech. If things progress the SP should rise and Angus can raise at a much higher level if needed. Everyone seems to think the SP will linger at .6 and have no updates before the AGM which isn't going to happen IMO.

Angus being self funded would pay for the other projects, give a dividend or share buy back option to give shareholders more value. If we can use the tax losses against any future profits it would be a nice bonus.

Hi Yanis. Lets say the permits are passed and SBY produces the expected rates in March the SP would rocket. Now say Angus is refinanced through equity just before the Hedge to make us debt free and get the market gas price even with more shares in issue. There would be more liquidity and a larger market cap giving Angus more access the big funing going forward. My point is we would be a debt free gas producer at sky high prices for the forseable and self funding.
