Shareflyer. The GM stated that Angus didn't need to offer existing shareholders first option to buy further shares. The SOU offer mentioned a 13.92% of issued stock support for the deal from existing shareholders, now the 14% issued stock wipes that support out for a hostile takeover.

Howey. You are correct about the contingency fund, it's just back up money which can be used for any project as stated in the Angus share news. I'm just interested about any progress on the Possible sale and the assets because the SP will take care of it's self.

Yanis. The EA have returned their comments on the PP form with others in the comments section, with it only being a variation PP and not going to committee it should speed things up IMO.
