ED. Issuing shares isn't always negative, if you buy producing assets that enhance the EPS,the SP increase follows. I'm sure that Graham and the Team have some Targets in mind for growth,alb.

Yes the SP is important, and that's why others like me are buying at a Bargain Basement price way under the "Nominal price" of 1p with no fear of dilution.

Kylie. If you listen to Graham on the 23rd July 2025 presentation, he gives a hint about buying "producing assets" when asked about the Bonds etc. Come on Kylie,surely you have a few quid to buy at this Bargain price before it goes back up in the Sea of Blue.

The Company can't issue shares at less than the Nominal value, so this as a great time to buy in or top up imo. The Consolidation of the 2 Billion shares is already at a fixed price, so the current SP makes no difference. Like i said earlier The BOD will be shooting themselves in the foot to dilute their own holdings,atb.

Rubbersoul. I think you should listen to the John Argent podcast, the Hydrogen project is far from rubbish. Getting the permits will add value, and the low cost ground studies will add even more enticing a farm in partner for funding as mentioned. There are some big hitters interested in the Hydrogen space for obvious reasons,gla!

Rubber.Soul. Expanding Companies don't have buybacks or Dividends until it's prudent to do so from a larger asset income base.

Kylie. You forgot to say that Graham would be "diluting his and other SOU Staff members holdings"if that was the case. We have Millions of income arriving shortly and 2 free drilling carries costing Zero just like your holding. It's a well known fact that Andy is looking to restructure the Financing for growth options going forward. Are you saying that Graham will issue millions of shares to buy a new asset which is worth far less than the cash raised, maybe you would eh!

Yes Graham has done very well, saving Sound Energy from destruction and turning the Company into a Revenue producer for further growth including Solar Energy Production. And don't forget that the Hydrogen JV will add value once we have the permits and ground studies to farm out as stated in Johns podcast, looking great folks!

Pduk. It is only Graham that has salvaged SOU and it's investors from going under. Its's no use having assets/ permits if the funding isn't there to exploit them. The controlling interest of the Tendrara concession had to be taken over to "keep SOU afloat" from the big boys not retail investors as you state. Thanks to the SOU Team we will have revenue in a few weeks and 2 free drill carries not administration. The first rule of investing is pduk, so stop moaning about years ago which i'm not interested about.

Djenner. I posted my buy in price in the .6's and another at .59, so yes i'm well in profit buying at a bargain basement price. So obviously i get more shares for my Buck than the lth's who paid multiple pennies for the same amount . Now to the drilling question, check out stmary's history 3rd Feb 12.50 post stating SOU will see no drilling. As for my posts, only a portion are about SOU due to have only invested last year, i'm not a liar and have nothing to hide like some who post bs on here.

Pduk, That's hilarious saying long term holders kept SOU afloat, but trash their so called investment on a daily basis. The only posters who should be reported are those who are spreading misinformation about drilling never happening etc. And those so called holders that didn't sell at £1.00 due to greed,tough!
