Must will not be relisting in time. The backstop provides for shares in BMN instead or directly in VRFB holdings. As I understand it, Garnet has a 50% in Enerox and no holding in VRFB.

We shall await further developments but it may be possible to complete without waiting for the litigation to conclude as nothing stopping us from taking BMN shares if we wanted to.

If it is clear and it seems to be now that Must will not list in time - maybe they can conclude matters now rather than waiting until the end of December 2021?

I wouldn't think hospitals would be allowed to source the gas elsewhere as it is seeking approval as a drug device combo so I expect that any sales of Xenon gas for patients would have to come through Polarean.

First article below about lithium but the argument is there for the benefits of battery storage and its crucial role in the transition to green energy. We obviously would say that Vanadium redox flow batteries have more benefits over lithium ones.

Also China is probably going to lead the way on mass vanadium flow battery adoption.

Why would it be a write-off? There is an option into BMN shares also which can be later sold into the market or retained as they are at year lows.

A quick look and they seem to have just increased their holding slightly so likely bought from the impatient sellers. Some big purchases have been showing in the daily trades in the last few weeks.

These results were already flagged earlier in the year. Listened to the presentation this morning - had it on in the background.

I'm more positive about the company after listening to the presentation and feel they will succeed in Europe with the roll out for Efmody and also therefore for rest of the world.

Does this make you a ramper? How have the fundamentals changed for you to change your opinion? Your earlier posts were from 3-4 months ago and the fundamentals have got better since then with the newsflow. And yes you can ask a friend.

Judging by your other posts you're just a deramper and ramper when it suits your purpose - for example deramping 88e at around 1p and now over 2p and Asiamet as being worth 5p ish when it was around 2p.

So transparent and many people do say a lot worse when they come across this type of behaviour.

You are getting your cases confused. What I posted is not about defamation/slander but market manipulation.

I see you mentioning the warrants and the share price fall but you were the one who was posting multiple posts a day at the time. I don't see you raising any issues about the Genl director sales:

On 12 May 2021 each of Esa Ikaheimonen, Mike Adams, and Paul Weir exercised options granted to them under the Company's share schemes and sold sufficient shares to cover tax liabilities arising as a result of their option exercises.

These were nil cost options as well.
