I find it hard to believe the likes of Ambry and other big blue chip outfits have also fallen for whatever people think is/has happened here. They will have done all the due diligence including financial standing unless they are all part of the conspiracy. lol

apart from the sp many seem to think he has done a decent job! There are a few things I can think of he should and could have done better with.

I think the admin route would need some explaining . They could easily get some funds in if needed, So i don't think that will happen, but certainly all the hallmarks of a lowball offer somehow.
