Frankie. no they can't sell after the end of October apparently if they are not on either of the two lists . That is why many of the diagnostics companies are up in arms as they are stiil waiting for months on something they said would take 20 days.
Tell me why the secrecy, why not answer my query with a confirmation, no nothing. As far as I know if you are not on the list then tough you wait until you are.
If it's all ok, then ffs, just tell me/us.

I have emailed MHC to see what they come up with as Ygen are silent, which to me is a big red flag! I can't find anything anywhere about Clarigene approval. That is why I asked them in the first place. I have been patient and don't like being treated with contempt for over 3 months.

I know they are. But are they aware that the test is not on the govt approved list as yet? If it is then why not say so? A shareholder of the company asks the question, why the silence ? Not hard to answer. A simple yes it is, job done. But I have asked since the 2nd of Nov last year and still nothing confirming they are good to go with the test. it wouldn't be the first time they have kept things back would it? I am just really uneasy about it that's all. something isn't right because they won't confirm it's all ok. Ask yourself, why would they do that? The Clarigene test is not on the approved list and they refuse to tell me otherwise. Are they selling it illegally? If not say so!

Ella, that is my understanding too. So I just asked them for clarity, but have got nothing for 5/6 weeks. I want to know why if all is ok. I even asked if they had got a 'special' license or similar as there is a shortage of pcr tests, I got,...zero, zip ,nada.

The rules changed after they got onto those framework contracts. As for ''I never believe in silly questions'' well you seem to give silly answers.
Not sure any of the govt contracts included pcr tests supply anyway?

The test kits might be in the 100's waiting for approval, but that list are the only ones approved. So until you are on the list you can't sell them.
If it's different, then why don't the company just say so? It is a simple request, and the silence concerns me.

GLtrader, so why can't they just say so? This is the devices list I think. The thing is , I am not sure, that is why I want clarification from the company but have basically been met with silence.

Ella, I meant why don't Ygen simply answer, not yourself, but thanks anyway.. I just want clarity that the pcr test supplied by Ygen is legit to sell. Pretty simple request as I can't see them on the approved list. After weeks and many emails they can't/won't confirm it.

They don't supply tests to the govt do they? just lab capacity I think. It's the private stuff I am on about. The likes of MHC and all the other private sales for travel etc. To be totally blanked isn't reassuring!

can anyone explain why Ygen/Clarigene is not on the CTDA approved list below? Surely if not on the list then they can't sell them can they? Repeated requests from the company/Walbrook have been stonewalled, which isn't good. Something seems a bit fishy to me.

Nat, there is plenty of fat (millions) to be cut out for a bigger concern. All BOD , management and sales staff ,...tara!! If this Ranger tech is as good as they reckon then they could buy it mainly for that alone. One or two other decent products to fill it out a bit too.

They will get on the capital raising sooner than later I expect. As mentioned LR prefers to buy success as he finds it too difficult growing it himself. He won't worry too much about having 1B+ shares in this company. Perhaps one of the reasons they don't pay for their own shares as don't want to get too diluted on their own cash. Could they take this private at 15p a pop, or even less the way it's going?
For me the only excuse for senior people not buying shares now is because they are in a close period because of an update soon.

to put things into a bit of perspective though not exactly comparable but NCYT will knock out about £100m of income this year, maybe a bit more. They do that with around 250 employees I believe. Ygen barely do £ 29m with 280 or so people.
