We have no idea when these diamonds will arrive, but one thing for sure when they do arrive it will make hell of a difference to the share price. People looking to get in after they arrive will be paying a lot more for the shares a lot more.
Cavendish analyst James McCormack has reiterated a bullish price target for 88 Energy pLtd of 1.1p against a 0.35p publication price.
It follows 88 Energy’s first foray into Namibia in a notable expansion of the oil and gas exploration and production company’s footprint.
The group signed a deal with Monitor Exploration to earn up to a 45% non-operated working interest in Petroleum Exploration Licence 93 (PEL 93), onshore Namibia.
“The attractive phased deal structure provides 88 Energy with optionality to increase its working interest following key operational milestones, limiting both risk and financial exposure,” noted McCormack.
SOUNDS GOOD TO ME.
Redbeardoil2, lets stop bickering about this that and the other. I am in short term I will let you know when I sell whether it be a loss or a profit. I know this I will not be in for any horizontal drill, I am here just for the Hickory 1 flow test. If it fails I will no doubt make a loss but if successful I expect to make a profit.
My point is the share price will rise if the flow tests are good. And it all depends on how much you paid for your shares. I paid 0.35 and I am not a greedy person if they get to 0.60 or 0.70 on good flow results I will be gone. Yes I am a trader just like everyone else but small amounts of profit are better than waiting five years has one or two of you envisage.I am in for the short term flow test and nothing else.
Where do you get five years from might I ask. Oil pipeline runs through the Hickory 1 acerage. If the Hickory well flows Oil and Gas you think the share price will be where it is now. Ok once they have Oil and Gas flowing it will take time to get it flowing to the pipeline that is already there but five years I do not think so.This is onshore not off shore.
With Hickory 1, then they have played a blinder getting into Nambia at this time. The potential going forward is enormous. They only have a few thousand to fork out to start with and if Hickory 1 is a success allotting shares for the rest of the % will be minimal.
Looking forward to what is to come, I would say they are a bargain right now. I know they say first quarter of 2024 but that could be January, so not long to wait two or three months max. I think the price is at the bottom, so the only way to go from here is up. I am no expert but anyone looking to get in, the time is just about perfect to do so. Just my opinion of course
